Chapter Thirty-Three: Wake up, I need you.

Isabella pov

It has been four weeks and Carl has not wakened up. I have not left his side, I asked Nicole and Aubrey to bring me some clothes and shampoo since I shower in the hospital. Mom Dad Ivy and Isaiah have flown to America to see him, they stayed for a week and left expect Isaiah, he is now staying with us until Carl wakes up and we get everything together again. He has come in every day trying to make me eat but I just couldn't, one night I just poured my heart to him which got us closer and he has been here for me and Nicole every day. "Hey" I turn my head and see a girl who looks young "hey, can I help you?" I get up and whip away my tears "I am Mila, Carl' sister" she says and I freeze "oh hey I am Isabella" I say and she gives me a soft smile "Is he okay? I did not hear about the story until yesterday" she says her eyes getting teary "my brother is also outside, we are so worried he is the only thing we have left" she says and walks up to his bed, she slowly kisses his forehead and holds his hands "I am gonna be outside" I say and slowly walk out of the room.

I look up and see Daniel Isaiah and another guy sitting down "you must be Isabella, I am Tiago, Carl is my brother" He stands up and stick his hand for me to shake, I shake his hand and give him a small smile "it is nice to meet you" I say and he nods "is Mila in there?" he asks and I nod "yeah you go ahead" I say and he slowly walks in, I walk to the bench and sit down in the middle of Daniel and Isaiah. "He will wake up Bella he is a beast," Daniel says and I nod my head, holding back my tears.

It is already night and n everybody has left, I am sitting no that chair again and holding Carl by the hand. "I missed you so much," I say kissing his big hand as my tears come down "I miss holding you, I miss kissing you, I miss seeing your beautiful eyes. Carl, please Wake up, I need you" I say sobbing now "it has been too long, I need you to please," I say shaking my head. I slowly feel finger moving and my tear being whipped away, I look at Carl and see his eyes open and a sad smile on his face "yo- you're awake, oh my god you are awake!" I immediately jump of my chair and hug him "I missed you so much" I whisper and he leans in and kisses me as I pull back from the hug "I missed you more love" he says and I smile and give him water "how long has I been out?" he asks and I sight "Four weeks" I say and he nods his head then hisses "don't move your head too much, you hit it heard when you fell to the floor" I say and he looks at me up and down "are you hurt? did he touch you?" he immediately asks and I shake my head "No I gave him the envelope then these two boys helped me escape, and well James is gone," I say and a small beautiful smile shows on his face, "Finally," he says and I nod my head slowly. Carl stares at me and sights "I missed you beautiful" he says and holds my hand in his "I heard everything everyone was saying, I need to thank your parents. But love you had no idea how painful it was hearing your cries" he says shaking his head. I look down and close my eyes "I needed you so much Carl" I say, my voice sounding so vulnerable.

" I am here," he says rubbing my hands with his, I pull up his hand and give it a soft kiss.
