STEPHANIE.

Is it just me or Xander is just as restless as I am? Since we came here I couldn't calm down and it feels like there's a firecracker up my ass and I'm about to take off anytime from now. I heard too much Adrenaline is actually quite poisonous. I swear, I'll be dying any moment from now if I don't calm down soon.

I didn't calm down soon. And, I didn't die either.

Xander reaches for my hand and squeezes it. Her face has a nervous reassurance, "We're almost there. How many times have I told you to calm down?" but she's just as excited as me. I know because her hands are trembling way worse than mine.

"Shall we go?" I say, squeezing back.

We left the airport and we're trying not to look up. Looking up make us look like we're new here. Actually, we are.

As far as I know, Japanese loves foreigners so maybe we can actually ask locals if there's anything we don't know. And, as far as I know, Japanese are pretty bad in English and only few can speak fluently. I guess we're fucked up after all.

We forget about the food. We can worry about that once we get to Central Tokyo.

We did come with Jun-nii after all. We don't know anything about this place so we stick onto the Shakesperean rule, 'When in Rome, do as the Romans do'. We can just let everything fuck itself. I mean, that happens all the time. We watch everything get fucked up right on front of us. All. The. Time. If this is our fate then so is it. Let's really just stick to the Shakesperean rule, 'To be or not to be.'

Jun-nii took us to their family house. In here lives his mom Saeko-san and dad Keicho-san and an aunt Himawari-san who is Sakiko's mom. Their place isn't big. They only have three rooms. One for his parents, one for Sakiko's mom and one for Jun-nii so there's literally no space for us. Actually, it seems they barely even have a space for Sakiko.

Saeko-san seems surpised to Xander. She seems overwhelmed. She doesn't speak English so I can't understand what she's saying but I think she's saying she's pretty or something. Or if there's something else, she might be saying she's so handsome.

We had dinner. Saeko-san keeps on refilling my bowl. She's not eating with us. When is she eating anyway?

I'm not actually a rice person. Xander can keep on eating bowls after bowls. Good for her cause she's tall and has great metabolism but as for me, I'm pure American. Body and Soul.

Coco leans towards me whispering, "I can't eat anymore."

"Then, don't eat!" Xander says and she's not even trying to minimize her voice, "You keep on whispering. I don't think they can even understand you guys. Plus, I'll eat your part if you want."

"We. Andasutando. Fuyu." Saeko-san says. Understand few? She's terrible.

Xander beams at her, "You understand me, Saeko-san? Can you describe me in English?"

Saeko-san shuffles Xander's hair saying, "Biyuchifuru. Toru. Moderu."

And Xander smiles smugly on us, pointing at us with her chopsticks in which she only use to skewer everything on the table because she can't really use them. I can't even understand what Saeka-san said.

"Want me to stab your eyes with that, you haughty bastard." I stick my tongue out at her.

"No bad words on the table." Jun-nii scolds me so I just look down, glaring at Xander.

At 9pm, Xander enjoys the first bath. Apparently, to save water, they reuse the bathtub water. Though, of course, they shower before going into the tub.
