Aiden caught Jessica as she fainted and laid her on the couch. He rushed into the kitchen to grab a glass of water, he hurried and walked back over to her, when Jessica opened her eyes Aiden handed her the glass of water. "Are you OK?" He asks her worried.

"I'm fine." She says quietly, sitting up slowly and looking over at the officers, she locked eyes with one of the officers and couldn't believe that he was there to talk to her and get her statement.

"Hello Jessica." One of the officers says to her standing in front of her. "I'm Officer Davis and my partner here is Officer Logren." He pulls out a notepad and pen out of his upper pocket looking serious and concerned "Looks like you took a pretty good beating, can you explain to us how this happened?" The officer asks as he kneels down to look at her.

Quietly and hesitantly she starts to talk to Officer Davis trying not to look at Officer Logren, embarrassed to tell them about the date "Well I was out with some people and one of the guys that I was with started being a jerk, I wanted to leave and each time I tried he wouldn't let me, he kept reminding me that he had a couple hours to go with me."

"What did he mean by that?" Officer Davis asked.

"Well.." She starts to say and looks at the other officer and then to Aiden.

"She gets paid to go out on dates." Officer Logren blurted out harshly.

"So you're a prostitute?" Officer Davis asked in a serious tone.

"No.. no.. no, I'm not a prostitute or an escort, I just get hired to go on dates, just to accompany them to events, dinners etcetera." She sighs as she looks at Aiden.

"Ok go on." The officer said to her.

"Well at the bowling alley he got worse, so I called a friend to come and get me, It wasn't much after I got off the phone with her that Tom came up from behind me, he held onto my mouth and carried me over to his car throwing me on the hood, yelling at me to obey him, trying to kiss me, I tried to fight back but he had me pinned to where I couldn't escape." She takes a deep breath looks up at Aiden who was sitting on the arm of the couch looking down at her with hurt in his eyes.

She looks back at the officer writing everything down "I kept trying to fight back, he then shoved his fingers up inside me down below." She pauses and starts to tear up. Aiden gets up to grab some Kleenex and hands it over to her. "He kept telling me how I liked it, he was really rough about it, I then was able to bite him, but after I did that he started to punch me in the face." She covers her face and tries to hold back the tears, leaning her head against Aiden.

"He kept beating on me, and then unzipped his pants, he was just getting ready to do whatever and that was when Aiden had shown up."

"What happened when Aiden had shown up?" Officer Davis asks softly and had nervously coughed into his hand.

"Well he pulled Tom off of me and he was taunting Aiden, they had gotten in a scuffle, I slid off the hood and found my purse on the ground, I pulled my mace out and ended up spraying the mace in Tom's face. Aiden then got me out of there and we came here to his house."

The officer was writing everything down he stopped writing to look up at Jessica "We do need to take some pictures, will you be comfortable with that?" The officer asks.

Jessica looks over at Aiden and back over to the two officers "I'm not sure, what do you all need?" Jessica asks, her heart beating fast as she didn't want them seeing her naked.

"We need to take pictures of all the marks and bruises, we will need these to help charge him with a crime."

Jessica starts to tear up as she looks at Aiden "Can't you just give them what you took last night?" Aiden looks at the officers and thought that she had a point.
