Chapter Three ~ The question

I sat rolling the food around my plate with my fork. I'd had no appetite for the past three days and I certainly didn't have one today. I wasn't trying to starve myself, I just wasn't hungry. My little brother, Sam, was sat on the opposite side of the table, I'd been left to babysit as my older brother was at work and my mum and step dad were out at a party. All of a sudden my sister came running downstairs, cheering, she showed me her phone and I could see the faint writing of " Bars And Melody followed you" she was jumping up and down screaming and crying. I tried to calm her down in a nice way but I ended up just locking her in the living room until she calmed down. I sat at the kitchen table, staring at my phone. I had another DM from Bars And Melody, I didn't tell Lilly though (my little sister) otherwise she would hate me. I opened the DM expecting to see a message from Leo, however it wasn't Leo.

"Hey Bethany, this might be a bit out there but because Leo's too shy he asked me to ask you, but would you like to meet up with him sometime? He hasn't shut up about you all day, it's driving me crazy, think about it? ~ Charlie x"

My heart skipped a beat; I couldn't believe Leo wanted to meet me! He was so sweet, I was shaking. I couldn't believe it. I messaged him saying:

"Hey Charlie, tell Leo I'd love to meet him<3"

I could feel a slight smile forming, however it just wasn't enough. I continued to scroll through twitter when I saw Becky tweet:

"@Becksssx: @BarsAndMelody, follow me please, you guys are amazing<3"

I smirked to myself that she hadn't got a follow yet. I felt special after that. After a while of feeling special and getting my brother (Sam) ready for bed, I went into the hall to let Lilly out of the living room, she was sat staring at her phone, as she noticed me walk in she jumped up and waved her phone in my face yelling:

"Beth, Beth, Beth! They're coming to Manchester! Can we see them? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE?" she begged, I just shrugged and said "of course". I did feel kind of excited that I would meet Leo now.

It was three hours later, Sam and Lilly were in bed and I just lay on the sofa scrolling through twitter and humming along to hopeful. I noticed various tweets posted about this mysterious girl that had stolen the boys' hearts, my heart skipped a beat. I got really nervous and felt physically sick. There was a picture attached to the tweets, after a few seconds I opened the picture to see Ellen from the Ellen Show in America getting a BAM sandwich, I gave a sigh of relief, I really hoped Leo hadn't said anything, but then why would he? It didn't matter? I'm just an ordinary girl, he has thousands of girls that like him and that probably have more of a chance, why would he like a normal, boring girl like me?
