Chapter 24- Next

Liv's P.O.V:

"I'm not letting you do this alone" I fought.

"Just relax and go to your room! I'll be fine!" He fought back but I ignored him, going to the trunk and picking up a box that he quickly took from my arms, placing it on the floor before giving me a disappoving look.

Hunter and I were currently fighting over me helping him bring all of Ella's stuff up to our room. I was planning on inviting Katie over sometime this week so that I wasn't hoarding all of her stuff but for now I just wanted it all to be safe.

I took out another box but once again, he slipped it out of my grip and placed it on top of the other box. This kept going in until there were boxes scattered all around us and I huffed in frustration.

"Hey- woah, what happened here?" Jaxson came out of nowhere and I quickly ran up to him, pushing Hunter out of the way so that I could get him on my side instead of his.

"Jaxson! Please tell Hunter that I should be able to help bring the boxes up to our room if I want to!" I said and he raised an eyebrow as he looked down at me before looking up at Hunter and back down at me.

"If she wants to, she should be able to. It's her choice, right?" He reasoned.

"Exactly!!! Thank you for having some sense!" I said and Jaxson just sent me an amused smile.

"He's just worried about you hurting yourself. If anything you should be flattered that he's willing to bring all of this stuff up just to make sure you're comfortable" Dalton's voice came up before he appeared next to Jaxson. I glared at him and he laughed at me.

"Thank you Dalton" Hunter's voice came from behind me and I grumbled to myself.

"This is sexism. What if I want to make sure he doesn't get hurt!?" I made a point and they both seemed to be stuck on that while Jaxson smirked at the others.

"I think I'll be just fine" Hunter said, flexing his impressive muscles, but I just rolled my eyes at him.

"I'm helping" I said and he leaned down, pecking my lips.

"Fine, but you only get the lighter boxes. Deal?" He said and I hesitantly agreed.

"Fine" I said and smiled brightly before picking up a box next to him and handing it to me and picking up a bigger one himself.

"You mind helping?" Hunter said and Jaxson and Dalton groaned, but picked up some boxes themselves anyways.

"Everything hurtssss" I whined, flopping down on Hunter's bed.

"I told you they were heavy but nooo you had to be stubborn about it" Hunter said and I pouted.

"I just wanted to help" I said and he was suddenly hovering over me.

"I know Princess, and I appreciate it" he said and I smiled up at him, causing him to chuckle before pressing a kiss to my lips.

He pulled away but I brought a hand up to the back of his neck, pulling him back down so that I could press his lips against mine again. I felt him smile against the kiss and I couldn't help but smile back.

He moved his lips from my mouth to my jaw where he left a trail of kisses until he reached my neck, sucking and licking as I giggled at his possessive side showing.

"I can't wait to mark you Pup" he said and I smiled at the old nickname.

"I could say the same to you" I responded and he growled, nipping lightly on my earlobe before coming back up and kissing my lips once again.
