The Accident

(A couple days before)

"Marco let's go! You're gonna be late!" His mom called up.

"Coming!" He called back.

He ran downstairs out to his mom's car.

(At school)

"Hey have you guys seen Marco?" Star was asking around.

"No." They replied.

"I'm here!" Marco yelled running into school.

"Finally. I thought I was gonna have to do the presentation by myself." Star told him.

"Sorry. I woke up late." Marco explained.

"Alright. Let's go then." Star said as they started walking to class.

(After class)

Star and Marco walked out of class and Marco asked. "So what you doing later?"

"Nothing. Why?" Star asked.

"Well I was thinking we could hang out and maybe go see a movie?" Marco suggested.

"Marco on a school night?" Star asked confused.

"Yeah, why do you seem confused?" Marco replied asking.

"Because it's a school night. We usual don't do anything on a school night." Star explained to him.

"I know. That's why I thought we could go out." Marco said and started giving Star puppy eyes.

"We'll see." Star replied.

(After school)

Star walked into her house and threw her bag to the floor.

"Star is that you?" Her mom asked.

"Yeah it's me." Star replied.

"Can you come here?" She asked.

"Yeah, sure." Star said walking into the kitchen.

"What's up?" Star asked walking in.

"You doing anything tonight?" She asked.

"I don't know. Why?" Star answered and asked.

"Because Marco's mother just called me and wanted to know if it was okay if you went out to the movies tonight because you said you weren't sure if you could." Her mom told her.

"Really? He actually had his mom do that?" Star asked shocked and a little embarrassed.

"Yep." She replied smiling.

"So can I then?" Star asked a little nervous for her mom's answer.

"Of course!" Her mom said.

"Thanks Mom!" She said hugging her mom, then running upstairs.

Star ran to her room and looked for a cute outfit to wear.

(A few minutes later)

Star found a good outfit.

She was wearing a light purple shirt with a jean jacket with a hood, black jeans, and black converse.

"Star! Marco is here!" Star's mom called up.

"I'm coming!" She called back.

Star ran downstairs to the front door.

"Hey Marco." Star said walking up.

"Hey. Ready to go?" He asked.

"Yep. Bye Mom." Star turned to her mom and said before they left.
