Two months. Two months before I became a dad. The healing process was faster then I thought. But as I got better, lia got worse. And it broke my heart to watch her go through that. Id do anything to take the pain away from her. Anything.
Lia and I were doing our best to prepare for the baby. But with all our set backs it made things a little hard.
Lia rolled over and opened her eyes. "Good morning baby" I said pulling her close. Well, as close as I could get her.
She giggled as her belly was in the way.
"I can't wait to be able to actually cuddle you, and babygirl" I laughed.
"2 more months" she said laying her head back down.
I rubbed her back. Trying to do anything I can to make her feel better.
About a half hour went by and lia had fallen back asleep. I lightly moved her and got up trying not to wake her up.
How's she so pretty even asleep?
I walked into the bathroom and brushed my teeth. Then I quietly went down stairs and started making some breakfast.
A little longer goes by before I hear her coming down the stairs. She walks over to me and I wrap my arms around her. I hold her for a few long seconds before pulling back to kiss her face. We finish making breakfast and head outside to eat on the porch.
"Thank you babe" she says thanking me for breakfast.
I lightly kiss her before pulling out a chair for her to sit on.

Lias POV
He was so sweet to me. I don't get it. I know he's not all the way better yet. I know he's hurting. He's stressed. But for me he's strong.
I thanked him for breakfast and he grabbed my plate walking inside.
Today we were signing the last papers before getting our apartment.
"Baby you excited ?" Grayson asks with a wide smile.
"So excited" i said kissing his cheek.
I went upstairs to get in the shower.
After my shower I get out and dried my body. I look in the mirror at myself. I lightly sigh before leaving the bathroom.
I stand at the closet in a towel trying to find something to wear.
It was rainy so I wore a long sleeve black shirt with some ripped jeans and vans. I dried my hair and went over the long strands with my straightener.
I walked over to the mirror to apply some light makeup.
I slid a carhartt beanie over my head.
"Ready" Grayson yelled from downstairs.
I grabbed my phone and started walking down the stairs.
"Twins babe!" Grayson laughs also wearing a beanie.
I roll my eyes and laugh before we walk out to the car.
Grayson opens my door and I thank him.
He walks over to the drivers side and gets in. He backs out of the driveway and grabs my hand. Just like he always does.
...
"Well, congrats on the apartment!" An older man says handing us the keys.
We thank him one last time before walking out the door. As soon as we leave the building Grayson grabs me pulling me closer to him.
"We did it!" He smiles before kissing my face.
I giggle in excitement.
We head back to graysons house and decide to start loading the car with our things. We had a lot coming in the mail like couches and baby's crib.
Grayson's family helps us load things as I can't life heavy things.
We took about 5 loads to the apartment before it started getting late.
"Thank you guys for helping us" I said hugging Sean Lisa and Ethan.
We walked them out before waving as they drove off.
Grayson and I walked back into the apartment. It was perfect.
We hadn't gotten things set up yet. So we decided to just make our bed on the floor. We laid the mattress down in the master bedroom before making the bed.
After putting the sheets and Blankets on the bed we laid down.
We both laid there exhausted. Grayson turned towards me and kissed me.
It's been months, and his kisses still make my heart race. I kiss him back.
"This is crazy" Grayson says.
"I know. I can't believe we got it so soon" I said.
"No lia I mean everything. A year ago we barely even knew eachother. Now we're laying on our bed in our new apartment about to have a baby" he explains.
"I know" I lightly say just admiring him.
Sounds cheesy but with him, it's not. It's just perfect.
We talked about how crazy life is. And how hard it can be. And how fast it can change. And how sometimes you're just forced to make it work.
"But i wouldn't have it any other way" he says.
"Me either" I reply softly
"I love you lia"
My heart stops.
"I don't think I've really explained to you how much I love you" he says sitting up.
I sit up so that I'm facing him. My legs are crossed and I'm facing him. He rests his hands on my knees and slides his hood over his ears.
"Lia, I really do. I love you more then anything."
My eyes start to burn and my heart races.
"I love you Grayson. More then you know. Thank you. For everything. There's nobody in the world I'd want to go through this with but you" I say.
He pulls me in and he holds me.
He kisses me cheek and stands up.
"Cmon" he says holding his hand out for me to grab.

I was struggling with some things in my personal life and needed time to figure it all out. But I'm so excited to be back and writing:) please don't judge me while I get back into the swing of things. Love you guys :))
