YuJin's P.O.V
It was after school and I hadn't forgotten about meeting with Mark.
I waited for him at the gate and was watching as all the students piled out. Where is he?
He didn't forget, did he?
I waited for 20 more mins but my legs were soon getting tired from standing around, especially after a long day.
I sighed and turned around, disappointed that he didn't turn up, only to hear someone running towards me and heavily panting.
"W-wait! YuJin!" I turned to see Mark running towards me and my sullen face soon lit up and a smile appeared on my face.
"I thought you stood me up? What happened?" I pouted as we began walking side by side. He swung his arm around my shoulder which made me feel warm. It was just like the old days.
"Sorry, I had to take care of something with the boys" he muttered, his voice low and his gaze towards the floor.
"Mark." I say and his head snaps towards me.
"Please don't do anything that will get you into trouble" I plead with a quiet voice. We may not talk as much but I still care about this dork.
He looks at me as if he was on the verge of tears.
"I'm sorry" he blurted out and I looked at him confused
"I'm sorry for leaving you and going off with the rest of the boys. I'm sorry for joining got7 and leaving you alone, I always thought of ways to start speaking to you again but I was scared you'd be angry at me" he confessed.
"I'd never be angry at you, you're always gonna be my best friend whether you like it or not Mark Tuan" I say sassily then flick his head lightly.
We both laugh and he pulls me closer into a hug.
"I'm never gonna leave your side ever again. I promise" he said which makes me smile.
"Arasseo~" I say then look up at him
"Tuannie~" I say, teasing him, he crinkled his nose at the nickname he had always hated.
"Jinnie~" he retorted and stuck his tongue out.

We were eating ice cream at the park and it was already getting dark.
I didn't even realise time could go by that fast. I was happy to say the least, it was like we had never distanced, the years of us being separate had disappeared and it felt like we were back where we started.
The two best friends against the world.
I laughed at his impersonation of Mrs Song our English teacher. She was an absolute lunatic and I'm convinced she is genuinely cuckoo.
"Yah, it's getting dark..." I say, I had always been afraid of the dark streets at night and Mark very well knew this.
"Cmon, I'll walk you home" he says but before we can even stand up a faint noise of laughter, chatter and footsteps began drawing closer to us.
