Chapter 24: Graduation

(A/N this chapter won't be that long I didn't feel like it needed to be)

**graduation day**

•Jasmine🌼 POV•

"MOM HAVE YOU SEEN MY PEARLS!!" I screamed down the stairs. I was upstairs panicking about my outfit because I couldn't find my all white dress. I den already took a shower and everything and did my make-up.

"YEAH THERE ON MY DRESSER" she said. I ran into her room to get them. I found my dress!!!!

It was a knee high long sleeve white dress with lace trimming around the v-line of the neck area. My hair was in tight curls and I combed them out a little. I went to my make-up stand and I went to put my pear earrings in and the rest of my jewelry.

I walked down stairs and saw everybody waiting on me. "Aww my baby" my mom said covering her mouth as she started to cry. "Momma you gone make me cry" I said covering my mouth. "And I cant cry and ruin my make-up." I said putting my hands under my eyes.

"You look beautiful princess" Dwayne said coming from behind my parents. "And you look handsome boo bear" I said coming up to him and pecking his lips constantly. "Ugh can we go my balls starting to itch in the suit" my brother said while fixing his pants.

"You better not have caught anything matter fact I know yo ass ain't got nun cuz I know you haven't been having sex" my momma said yelling at my brother.

While they was talking me and Dwayne was in our own world. "I missed you the other day" he said as we rocked back and forth. "Oh really?" I asked him while I creased his cheek. He leaned in to my crease.

"Yes I don't like going a day with out being next to you knowing your safe." He said kissing my lips. "Mmm that's sweet" I moaned.

"Did you hear us son?" My dad said. Me and Dwayne's head snapped towards them. "We said congrats" my mom said smiling and I knew exactly what they where talking about.

Dwayne narrowed his eyebrows. "Congrats? On what?" He asked. "On being a d-". "GRADUATE!!" I yelled interrupting my dad. "Yeah congrats on being a graduate....that's what he meant." I said nervously hoping he would believe it. "Oh okay um thx" he said shrugging. I sighed loud. "Umm Dwayne can you get me something to drink out of the kitchen my throat is burning" I said. "Yeah sure" he said walking away.

When he was gone I walked up to my family. "I don't want to tell him just yet I have a great surprise for that news." I said whispering. Dwayne came out right after I said that. "And that's how frogs have sex" I said trying to make up something. I turned to Dwayne and took the drink out of his hand.

"Thx welp look at that time to go let's go....um Dwayne you riding with me right?" I asked trying to get him out of the house. "Yeah" He said. "Okay will see y'all there bye we love y'all" I said sending out air kisses out to them.

•Dwayne👅 POV•
"Sky Jackson" Mr.Michels said on the jays. I was bored as fuck I already got my diploma and was waiting on Jasmine to get hers.

Her name finally came up and we was cheering her on so loud. "DATS MY BABY RIGHT THERE YOU GO GIRL!!" I yelled to her. "LOOK AT MY BABY THATS MY CHILD YEAH SHE CAME OUT OF MEEEE THATS MY BABY YOU GO GIRL!!" Momma J said.

"YEAH SHE CAME OUT OF HER WITH MY HELP" daddy Jenkins said loud as fuck. Me and Jasmine was laughing hard. Jasmine was shaking the teachers tell it got to the teacher she hated and she stuck up the middle finger at her.

I chuckled that's Jasmine for you. "Y'all generation these days." Mr.Michels said. That made jasmine stop turn around and go up to the mic.

"Our generation?.....our generation wouldn't be this way of it wasn't for the generation before us." She said and the kids started clapping as she continued. "Y'all adults locked us out of the stuff we needed to know so we could grow up as mature adults, all them grown up conversations we couldn't listen to could of helped us learn what to do and what to not do...Do's and Don'ts only take you so far.....so young parents stop following in your parents foot steps and sit down and talk to y'all children....teach them to grow up the RIGHT way....be the generation that's everybody wishes they lived in....thank you" Jasmine said walking off the stage.

It got silent then everybody started clapping and cheering her on. I saw a few people record her speech.

She walked off the stage. Once she saw me she took her heels off and ran towards me with her heels in her hand, I caught her once she jumped in my arms and span her around."I'm so proud of you babygirl" I said while kissing on her neck. "Thank you baby" she said taking her head off of my shoulder and put her hands on my cheeks and kissed me deeply. I kissed her back loving the way she tasted.

I was gone go farther but I remembered were we where at. I broke the kiss and started into her eyes. The question that I wanted to ask was on the tip of my tongue. "Move I'm with me" I blurred out. "What?" She said as she narrowed her eyebrows. "Move in with me and let me provide and take care of you." I said as I grabbed her hands and I tangled our hands.

She thought on it for a second than spoke. "Okay let's do it." She said shaking her head and smiling. I was shocked. "Yes?....you said yes!??" I said while I spun her around in the air. She laughed when I brought her back down. "I love you so much" I said as I kissed her lips. "And I'm in love with you so much" she said making a nigga get all soft and shit.

"Ugh I can't stand that you make me so weak" I said leaning in on her forehead. "I know and I love it" she said. We was in our own world. Just me and her....together.

I can't wait to make her my wife.
