Chapter 21

I wake up cuddled up to Luke, "sleep better" Luke says, "mm defiantly" I say as I feel Luke's arm snake around my waist pulling my even closer "im going to cook up some breakfast" I say climbing out of bed Luke nods as I walk downstairs, there's a note on the kitchen bench *hey Hun I have gone out with liz for the day we will be back probably later tonight Luke can stay over again tonight if he wants, love mum* the note read, I love how mum is always out with liz she doesn't normally go out that much apart from work, but since she has met liz she always seems to be out, I just wish my dad was around more he hardly ever comes home anymore he is either working late at the office or is flying overseas for work, I snap out of my thoughts and turn on the radio, "today on (insert radio station) were playing blink 182 songs for the next hour" the radio host says, I turn it up and dance around to all the small things while cooking breakfast, I don't notice Luke walk into the kitchen until i feel his strong arms snake around my waist and spin me around "Your really cute" Luke says as he puts me down and kisses the tip of my nose, "Awh your in a cute affectionate mood this morning what's changed" I say, "I've been a dick lately I didn't even notice how stressed you were" he said looking at the floor, I lift his chin up "I thought we were past this" I say almost whispering "I know I just" he says but I cut him off by pressing my lips against his "i love you so much" Luke says as we pull away "I love you too lukey" I say ruffling his hair "my hair" Luke squeaks acting like a girl, I laugh "your so dead" he jokes chasing after me as we run around the house, I hide around the corner and wait for him to come round, after about 30 seconds I decide he isn't coming so I start to walk when I feel Luke grab me and throw me over his shoulder "Luke what are you doing" I yell laughing "I don't know" he says laughing "can you put me down" I giggle, "no I don't want to" he says like a kid "fine then If you don't put me down you don't get breakfast" I warn jokingly "okay I'll put you down this time but only because I'm really hungry" Luke says laughing, "thank you" I say straightening my self up, I walk back into the kitchen and finish cooking breakfast "babe I feel spoilt bacon and eggs what could be better" Luke says as I put the plate in front of him, we finish up breakfast *ring ring* "hello" I answer my phone "hey Sam it's Georgia, how do you and Luke fancy a quadruple date tonight" Georgia says "hold on I'll ask him" I say covering the phone "date night with the gang" I say "sure sounds great" Luke says "hey Georgia yeah were in what time you thinking" I say "tables booked at the Italian in the city at 8pm" Georgia says "great see you tonight" I say before hanging up the phone, "8pm in the city" I say "okay we will have to leave at 7ish then" Luke says I nod.
