Secrets were one of Jungkook's least favourites things particularly when it came to Jimin. He was done hiding his feelings but Jimin's always put it off. The notion of going public is something that secretly frightened Jimin. The idea of the public knowing particularly hateful women was not his favourite thing to think about. He couldn't be in that limelight in the public eye with a thousands of cameras and questions. It just wasn't his world it was Jungkook's. Jimin yawned softly and turned over to look at a sight he would never tire of, a very sleepy Jungkook with his eyes fluttering. Despite all the fear these were the best moments, their moments together with no worry or fear. Sometimes Jimin had to pinch himself to make sure that this extremely handsome guy was his. He smirked lightly as he ran his fingers across the boys face and leaned in to kiss him softly on the nose and then his eyelid and finally his forehead.
"Enjoying yourself?"
Jimin blinked as he looked down and saw Jungkook looking back at him with a delicate gaze.
"Kind of..."
Jungkook chuckled as he turned Jimin over onto his back to smother the boy in soft kisses that left his boyfriend dizzy.
"When can we tell people about us?"
Jimin froze at the words and felt the pain and yearning in his boyfriends eyes. He knew how badly Jungkook wanted this, wanted to tell his subjects what he couldn't before because he was too scared at the time.
"We can't...not now I'm not ready..."
Jungkook smiled sadly because he knew Jimin wasn't but couldn't help but dream of that perfect life. Marriage and maybe babies if they adopted or had someone carry their child.
"I want you to feel comfortable but you have no idea how badly I want to scream from the rooftops that you're mine."
Jimin smiled softly as he ran his palm across the boys cheek.
"I know...but can you imagine all those angry women? Death threats? You aren't a nobody you know? People will care."
"I am aware and if that's the case I'll banish every woman in the land."
Jimin chuckled as Jungkook dramatically said those words wrapping a duvet around his shoulders like a cape.
"Ok anti women time for breakfast."
"Sounds good what you cooking?"
"Um you can help this is a relationship."
"And you're my servant."
"Fake servant actually."
"Ok ok"
Jimin chuckled once more as they both got dressed and made their way downstairs. Jungkook soppily assisted as Jimin cooked their breakfast assigning Jungkook to whisking eggs.

"No come on what is that shoddy job?"
"Hey I'm an expert I'll have to you know."
"Come here let me show you."
Jungkook would complain but couldn't as Jimin wrapped his arms around Jungkook's waist and took his hand to hold the whisk.
"See that's how you do it."
"Oh right."
"You just need a little practice."
"My area of expertise is..."
Jimin gasped as Jungkook spun him around and ran his fingers through the boys hair.
"Different..."
Jimin breath hitched at those words so softly spoken and how Jungkook began to lean his head down. They almost kissed that was until someone coughed. Jimin couldn't have moved faster as he looked past Jungkook and went white and he bolted out of the boys touch.
"Sorry...I was stopping by on official business."
Jungkook tensed as he turned around at the voice and saw Jung Hoseok standing there and smirking at Jimin's shamed expression.
"Jimin please go upstairs."
Jungkook didn't need to ask the boy twice as he practically turned to dust and was gone out of sight.
"Well he seemed very guilty."
"Probably just scared after all you did force yourself on him."
"I was just being polite after all Jungkook you know once I see something pretty you know I have to have it for my own."
"Sometimes pretty things should be left alone."
Jung Hoseok smirked at those words and knew exactly why Jimin didn't want him and why Jungkook had been so angry at the fundraiser.
"So that's why you were so mad."
"What?"
"Jimin's your boyfriend isn't he?"
