Take a deep breath...

Sometimes life moves so quickly and things change so fast, that we forget to just take a breath and appreciate everything going on around us.

More often then not, society chooses to focus on the negative things going on. If you've noticed, the news always tells us of the bad or wrong things going on, it never tells us all the good things that are happening.

I think that's why its become more common for people to be upset easily or get depressed, because the world is shoving all this negativity down our throats.

Everything is so fast and so rushed that we don't take time to think about what's really important.

So take a deep breath and think.

Family. Family will always have your back when you need them to, no matter what. Your blood is what you can depend on. They always say blood is thicker then water, and at times that can be true. Because when everything is said and done, they're going to be the ones who stick around.

Friends. Friends are people who you keep in your life because they relate to you and you make each other happy. They're supposed to be the people that you never get sick of and who are loyal to you and stick by your side through the good and bad decisions. Through the ups and downs, they're gonna be there.

My love. Love is one thing that we all have in this world that we are entitled to and we're supposed to share. I was once told that we have 2 eyes, 2 hands, 2 ears, and 2 feet. We only have one heart because we're supposed to find the other person who is our half that we're missing. If you're lucky enough to love someone and be with someone completely. Appreciate them and let them know how special they are to you.

Music. Music is one thing that everyone underestimates the power of. Music is the only form of language that everyone can understand. No matter if you speak English, Spanish, french, Mandarin, Hindi, or German, you will still feel the beat of a song and the rhythm will always make you feel something. Music is the one thing everyone understands and can relate to.

Sometimes we just need to take a step back and relax and realize all the things we have around us.

So take a deep breath and smile :)
