"Shut up, will you?" Hoseok hissed at the restrained man on the floor, sitting in front of the couch, his voice muffled by a torn cloth between his lips. "My client will be bitchy when she hears you."

Hoseok rolled his eyes, pressing his phone close to his ear once more, crossing his legs.

"When are you arriving?" Hoseok asked.

"Ten minutes, at least," A woman replied from the opposite side of the call.

"But you have the money, right?" Hoseok sighed, twirling a pen between his fingers.

"Yeah, ten thousand."

"In cash?" Hoseok clicked the pen, leaning over to face the man, only a foot between them.

"Yes."

Hoseok stuck the pen into the man's shoulder, frowning at the stifled screams he let out.

"I'll arrive as fast as I can."

Hoseok ended the call, leaning his elbows on his knees.

"I wish I could kill you right now," Hoseok muttered, eyes blank. He couldn't take any actual killing contracts at the moment. It would attract the police, and that was the last thing he needed at the moment. He needed to stay low and wait as his hired hacker tries to find Jimin.

"I hate jobs like these," Hoseok sighed, resting his head on his palm. "It's what got me into this fucking mess."

The man tried to speak, however, muffled, so little, if anything, was understood.

"My client will probably take better care of you than I did. Until she gets bored with you." Hoseok turned on his phone, checking the time.

It was already late, 16 minutes past midnight. He needed to return to Yoongi as soon as possible. Hoseok had left Yoongi all alone today, who knows what he had done while Hoseok was gone?

Hoseok took another heavy sigh, walking over to the front door. He opened the door, sitting out on the porch as he lit a cigarette.

Taking a long drag, he stared out onto the dark streets ahead of him. Hoseok pondered why his client would ever want her ex-boyfriend back. He was a complete bitch, insulting Hoseok instead of begging for his life. Anyway, his client seemed like a nice girl, who's spending her money on the worst of things.

Hoseok guessed it was some messed up way of "one-sided love", something half-assed in his opinion. Something Yoongi also seemed to suffer from.

Yoongi had at last hit the bottom of the barrel, now in love with Hoseok. Though Hoseok wasn't awake through most of the situation that coursed between Yoongi and Jin, he was impressed when Yoongi was willing to shoot his partner for Hoseok.

Hoseok's fingers grazed the forming scar on his abdomen as he took another drag.

Speaking of Yoongi's one-sided attraction, it was interesting.

Yoongi always wanting to ask questions, whether it was about him, or his job. He was like a kid, punishment doesn't stop him, however rewarding does. That's what Hoseok has been doing for the past few weeks. Trying to reward Yoongi although it comes with its disadvantages. Hoseok noticed that he's been getting too soft for Yoongi. Letting him do whatever he wanted or comforting him on the loneliest days were a few examples.

Yoongi, of course, welcomed them with open arms, always swooning over Hoseok.

It made him laugh.

Yoongi was sick, no doubt about that. The feelings he portrayed weren't real, however, he can't help but wonder if Yoongi would ever feel the same way with none of the effects of the Stockholm syndrome bullshit. The situation would be different.
