The moment the door open to reveal the untimely visitor, almost caused them their mission.

Unnaturally cold silver-lensed eyes stared at a pair of angry blazing red eyes- Uchihaa Sasuke. Neji's face remained placid as he slowly removed his lenses and activated his byakugan, an act which shocked Tenten and Sakura. They were still under the observation of the 4 shinobi, what was Neji trying to do?

"You casted them under a special genjutsu.." Neji stated flatly.

"Limited Tsukuyomi. They will not remember a damn thing when they wake. They are still having visions of you and Tenten.." Sasuke's voice trailed off placidly, his voice had a tinge of annoyance in it, "..my genjutsu does not require any of you to act out the scene.."

"What about myself and Kakashi-Sensei?" Sakura asked Sasuke from where she stood.

"The genjutsu casted by me is of you and him doing the same thing that Tenten and Neji are engaging in." Sasuke pointed out flatly as he gave Sakura a curt nod, his eyes averted towards Tenten who was still trying to conceal her neck from the rest of them.

"Amazing set of illusion skills you have there, Sasuke. The shinobi seemed to really enjoy what they are seeing.." Kakashi mused with a tinge of mockery, his lone sharingan still whirring as he observed the energy pattern of the 4 shinobi out of the compund, "..although the best question we should be asking is, what are you doing here?"

Sasuke scoffed, his sharingan eyes were still activated as he leaned against a wall, he took out a scroll and tossed it towards Neji- the team cpatain, "From Tsunade."

Neji eyed the scroll before he switfly opened it up, it wrote :

Neji and Team,

After receiving the message from your summon, I have decided to add Sasuke in the team. Most likely Mori was the one who deployed Shinobi around the perimeter of your house. Sasuke will be gathering intel from the Daimiyo while you lot continue finding out who is the mastermind behind the forbidden substance.

Tsunade.

Neji looked up towards Sasuke again, "Where will you be staying for this Mission?"

"Somewhere around town. I already have a cover story. Although it will be best if you pretend not to know me. I will be coming down every other night to cast them into a genjutsu, to make them believe you are all married. Now if you will excuse me." Sasuke excused himself out of the house.

It had been four days since the ordeal, four days since Sasuke's abrupt intervention and two days since Neji and Tenten last saw Kakashi and Sakura.

"Where the hell are they?" Neji sighed softly as Tenten poured him a cup of tea.

"I am just hoping that they are alright." Tenten exclaimed softly as Neji nodded in agreement.

They felt a sudden chakra presence at their doorstep, they did not bother opening up the door, Sasuke usually entered uninvited anyways.

"Mori. He is as clean as a whistle. I can't get anything on him." Sasuke said as he entered the house. He examined the duo before he asked, "Where are Kakashi and Sakura?"

Neji and Tenten shrugged, "They left the house two days ago to collect the herbs in the forest and never returned."

"I will go as backup." Sasuke announced before Neji interrupted.

"It could be a trap." Neji warned him.

Sasuke nodded before he continued, "Beats idling around like this. I will send a hawk if I need help." He left shortly after.
