TMK's POV
The purplette tied his shoe before gently grasping the door knob. "I'm leaving now, mother." Sam hugged his mother one last time before grabbing his backpack and his map. "You have the map?" She checked, tears of joy and worry rolling down her cheeks.
"Yep!" He smiled before hugging his little sister. "Luna, behave." Sam scolded. "I won't be here to bail you out if you get in trouble." He opened the door. "Yesh bwother!" She sang.
"Sam!" His mother placed a hand on Sam's right shoulder.
"Yes?" Sam turned around to face his mother.
"If you see your father, kick him in the balls."
"Hehe, of course."
"And... don't die. Ace is waiting for you."
Soft's POV
I gave her one last hug before running off to my childhood friend's house. I was excited and nervous, this was my first quest, so I was going to my bff's house for help. Ace was a holy elf, who specialises in magic.
I quickly knocked on her window, to see her pale face pop up. (Tiny lives on the first floor of her house.) She took a quick glance at her bedroom door before opening the window and jumping out to my side.
"You sure you don't want to tell your siblings where you're going?" I asked. "Az will flip if he finds out I'm going on a quest with you." "Ah... of course he would..." I sighed, opening the map.
"So this was the legendary 'Map of the gods'?" She asked. I nodded.
(TMK: the map leads to the Scythe of space, which was the only thing strong enough to seal monsters away. There are only two maps, and Soft was given his by an angel. Mortals are killing each other for this map, so Ace and Sam must lay low.)
"We must pass the Fire lands, that are ruled by the dragon lord, then cut through the eastern wolf tribe, so we should be careful because of the disappearances. Finally we enter the forrbiden forest. Sounds deadly enough." Aceillia pointed out, smirking mischievously.
"We're going to die..." I laughed nervously.
"We should go now, if we want to even start the journey before Az realizes I'm gone and kills us." She gulped.
"Yeah, lets go!" I grabbed her hand in excitment.
That's how our adventure began.
