24th July

I sat in the kitchen holding a cup of warm tea. My dad’s are home today and this secret has been eating me away for 2 weeks now. Calum still doesn’t know even though Jen, Gemma and I tried to make-up a plan (Plan-Tell-Calum-He’s-Your-Baby-Daddy Gemma called it).

“Pez! Are you in sweetie?” Dean shouted,

“Kitchen,” I called, they both ran in and attacked me with hugs and kisses,

“Hello!” Steven shouted,

“Hey, how was it?” I asked making conversation before telling them my news,

“Honey it was amazing,” Dean said,

“I’m glad you had fun,”

“We did! Now how was your last week of school?” Steven asked,

“It was great, so glad school’s done for the summer,”

“Anything interesting happen with those boys?” Dean asked, I looked down at my stomach and sighed. I was 5 weeks now and even though I wasn’t showing yet you could see I had gained weight,

“Yeah. Guys I need to tell you something,” I said starting to cry,

“Honey what’s wrong?” Steven asked,

“I’m- I’m pregnant,” I answered. The whole kitchen was silent. You could cut the tension with a knife.

“Are you sure?” Dean asked,

“I peed on sticks, I went to the doctors I did everything,”

“By yourself?” Steven asked,

“Yes,”

“That’s really mature of you Pez,”

“Thank you,” I said,

“Who’s the father?” Dean asked,

“Calum,”

“The Asian looking one?” Steven asked,

“Yeah,”

“Does his family know?”

“No, he doesn’t even know,”

“Well he needs to!” Dean shouted,

“Calm down Dean,” Steven said,

“No! He got my daughter pregnant! I am so angry right now. Steven go get your coat, we are going over to their house,” Dean shouted,

“No!” I screamed,

“I’m sorry Perrie but we need to,” Dean said,

“No please,” I begged,

“Perrie I agree with Dean,” Steven said,

“You don’t understand!” I screamed jumping out of the chair. I grabbed my phone, jacket and keys and ran out of the house,

“PERRIE!” Dean shouted as I ran down the street, I dialled Jen’s number and waited for her to answer,

“Damn it Jen! I need your help! I told Dean and Steven and they’re on their way to Calum’s house so I’m running there so I can tell him. Dean is so angry, call me!” I shouted.

Calum might not even be in! Please don’t let him be in. I took a moment to breathe before knocking on the front door. A young girl (but older than me) answered the door,

“Hi can I help you?” She asked,

“Is Calum in?”

“Yes he’s upstairs, who are you?”
