1.3 Normality

26th July

-Calum's Point of View-

Perrie and I lay next to each other on my bed staring at the ceiling. It was mid morning and everyone was out,

"I think I should go see Dean and Steven today," Perrie said breaking the silence,

"Are you sure?"

"If I stay away for too long they'll think that I'm okay with the fact that they, Dean kicked me out,"

"Do you want me to go with you?" I asked,

"No, it's best you stay here,"

"Okay but let me drop you off," I said,

"Okay," She said smiling, we got off of my bed and I grabbed my keys.

The drive to Perrie's house was silent, I could tell she was nervous because her leg was moving up and down constantly and she was tapping her fingers on the window, she had a good beat.

"We're here," I said snapping her out of her daydream,

"Okay, let's do this,"

"Call me and I'll pick you up okay? I'm going round to Luke's but it's just around the corner I can be here in 3 minutes, 5 minutes top," I told her,

"Okay thank you," She said kissing me quickly, she took a deep breath before getting out the car. I pulled away and drove to Luke's,

"Hey," Luke said when he answered the door,

"Hey,"

"Come in, Mum Calum's here!" Luke shouted, Liz came running out of the kitchen with a dish towel and a plate in her hands,

"Hey Cal, Luke told me," Liz said,

"Oh," I said looking down,

"It's not that bad, you two are both really mature. I mean look at the way you handled it! You didn't even run and God you even let her into your house when her parents kicked her out," Liz said, I smiled,

"She means a lot to me,"

"Aww," Jack, Luke's brother, said as he walked down the stairs,

"Come on let's go upstairs," Luke said. I said a quick goodbye to Liz and followed Luke upstairs to his room. When I walked in Gemma was sitting on Luke's bed playing on her phone,

"Gemma?" I asked confused,

"Hey! I just got here, I needed to tell someone," She said, Luke and I sat down facing the brown haired girl,

"What is it?" Luke asked,

"I was going to surprise Jen with a movie night. Now I know where Jen hides the spare key to her house so I got it out because that's what we do. Anyway, when I walked in she was talking to someone so I was like who's she talking to? So I walked closer to the kitchen and I saw Ashton and then they kissed!" Gemma answered, Luke and I looked at each other,

"Jen and Ashton?" Luke asked,

"Jen and Ashton!" Gemma answered,

"No way,"

"Way,"

"That's so weird," I said,

"They hate each other," Luke said still confused,

"Obviously not," Gemma said,

"Where's Perrie?" Luke asked,

"She wanted to speak to Dean and Steven,"
