[Jack’s P.O.V.]
I hadn’t left my house in a fucking week. Everyday I’d get dressed, shower blah, blah blah, but then I’d just get back into bed and cry.
Only Tay had heard from Alex.
I felt so bad. Even though I didn’t do anything on purpose, I feel like I could’ve prevented this from ever happening. Alex might never want me back. Alex might never come back.
It was the seventh day when Zack physically pulled me out of my house and made me go to Starbucks with him.
First bad decision of the day, and it wasn’t even bloody 7 am yet. Applause for you Zacko.

{a/n you guys know what happened so ima skip it ;)}
Rian and Zack stood and stared at Alex’s motionless body after he had passed out. They’d never dealt with this kind of stuff obviously.
I sprang into action, suddenly forgetting all the sadness that had held me in place when Alex and I had been, basically staring at each other beforehand.
The guys didn’t know this, but when Alex had panic attacks, only bad ones, he’d either hyperventilate until he gagged, barfed, or he would just pass out, much like he just did.
“Rian, pass me the blanket I dropped over there, Zack, go find a phone or a barista, call 911, he hit his head on the table, he’s bleeding. If you use a landline phone you don’t have to give them an address, hurry,” I ordered as they ran to do as I asked.
Rian handed me the blanket and I put it under Alex’s, trying to stop the bleeding. I elevated his feet to try to pull him back into consciousness. It initially worked, he opened his eyes and looked up at me.
He was so beautiful. Even bloody, tear stained and half-conscious on a cold Starbucks floor at 7:30 in the morning.
“Jack.” He said before he winced in pain and closed his eyes again.
“Fuck, Zack hurry!” I practically yelped, “C’mon Lex, stay with me. You’ll be okay, I promise, stay awake,” I coaxed, his eyes stared up at me half lidded, mainly confusion clouded them.
Sirens blared outside as the ambulance pulled up. Alex was still conscious. I was still keeping my shit together. Things were going okay, definitely not as planned, but okay.
The paramedics came in and loaded Alex onto a gurney as one guy had me walk with them and tell him what happened.
“What’s the boy’s full name?” the paramedic asked me, he was about 45, greying hair and kind blue eyes.
“Alexander William Gaskarth,” I answered shaking in, to be honest, complete fear. Alex’s blood was all over my clothes and hands.
“Alright, and what happened?” the paramedic, who’s nametag I read, his name was James.
“Well, Alex gets panic attacks regularly, and when they’re bad he either regurgitates, for a lack of better words, or he passes out. And we had been fighting and he was completely pissed, like screaming, pissed and he saw me and panicked I guess and he passed out and he hit his head on the corner of the table next to him. I ran to help him, and I used a blanket I had to try to stop the bleeding but there was so much of it and it wouldn’t stop and I elevated his legs to get him to wake up and he did but he almost passed out again from blood loss I think and I managed to keep him up, is he gonna be okay?” I rambled slightly crying.
“We’ll let you know. We told your friends the hospital were taking him to, it’s the John Hopkin’s on…”
“I know,” I said, not really meaning to cut him off. He just smiled kindly at me and I walked with him, and the others, and Alex on the gurney to the ambulance.
