Third POV
And fall asleep they did. "Where are they? They should be here by now!" Tom was shouting, pacing back and forth in the hallway in front of the meeting room. Severus shook his head, " Tom honey, they just found out that they are mates. They haven't exactly had the best past, and Hadrian's still recovering from finding out about us. They can be a little late!" As if right on cue there came Hadrian towing Draco, both out of breath and slightly flustered. "Sorry, dad. We fell asleep." Hadrian said in between breaths. Severus was trying not to laugh as Tom tried not to blow up. Finally, Tom calmed down and directed them around. With a flick of his hand, the doors to the meeting room flew open and Tom strode in with Severus on his right side and a newly masked Hadrian on his left. Draco slipped in the side door unnoticed and hidden. "My followers, how long has it been. How long since you've turned your back on your beliefs. I have watched as you have denied my existence, denied your involvement, denied your traditions." Tom said lowly, quickly slipping into his Dark Lord persona. Many of the death eaters shifted nervously, a few were shaking in fear. Hadrian smirked at the fear he felt, they deserved to be afraid. One by one, Tom called up death eaters, a quick look into their minds decided their punishments. For those who had not turned their backs entirely, they received minor sentences. Those who had betrayed him or other death eaters were thrown into the dungeon, awaiting his personal attention. And for those, like Lucius, who had continued his work subtly but influential were often granted pardons after a few minutes of crucio. All in all, the meeting was tedious, Hadrian thought. That was until it was time for him to be introduced." Now, as many of you have noticed, two people have not been presented. These people are my property. If you harm or threaten them or even cause them the slightest bit of unhappiness, you will be punished most severely not only by me but by them. They are my equals at all times." Tom continued slowly raising off his throne. He walked to Severus and with his hand, led Severus to the front. "This is my mate, my love, my queen. Hurt him, and you will die." Tom waved his hand, and Severus's mask disappeared. Needless to say, the death eaters were shocked, most couldn't even mask their shock or their gasps. Severus quietly slipped into the shadows, out of sight of the death eaters. With another motion of his hand, Tom watched as Hadrian walked to his side. Tom was amused and awed at the grace, the power, and the pride at which Hadrian walked. "Now this person is even higher on my don't touch list. He is my heir, my Prince, my equal. He was stolen from me and put through hardships so atrocious that many of you wouldn't survive." At this Draco frowned a bit, What had Hadrian gone through? Was this why he was so hard to read? " You will treat him as you treat me. If I hear of anyone ruining his mood or harming him in any way, you will experience first hand just how alike we are," Tom said as he motioned for Hadrian to remove his mask. The gasps weren't as loud, for it was evident that this boy was a perfect combination of their Lord and Severus.
