Third POV
Hadrian knew that people would be apprehensive, hell he expected it. But cornering him on his way back to his dorm just a few days after being sorted wasn't what he thought they should do. Granted Most of them were Slytherin's who he had cursed lately for insulting him, but he didn't realize that they would drag their friends in from other houses.
Here he was on his way back to Draco and the warmth of their dorm room and he gets shoved into a wall by a bunch of brave - and stupid- Slytherin's and their friends from Ravenclaw. "Stupid prick" one of them mumbled. Hadrian just rolled his eyes, why did they have to be so infuriating.
"Listen I know y'all probably think this is a good idea. But trust me you don't want to." Hadrian said calmly trying to reason with as he felt Draco's anger through their bond. "And why should we listen to you. You're just some little, pathetic boy who was homeschooled and now things he runs the world." One of the stupid boys said just as Draco arrived in the corridor. He had felt Hadrian's fear then anger and final annoyance , and had come running. They needed to be scared of him sure but Draco knew they needed to be scared of Hadrian more. He might be the dominate but Hadrian was temperamental. And that meant that he easily switched sides and moods.
By the time that stupid boy finished talking Draco had him up against the wall by his collar. " So you decide that when he's alone you're going to try to attack him. Hmm" Draco practically growled which did funny things to Hadrian's stomach. " N-no why w-why would you t-think , think that." The boy was shaking and stuttering. It seemed as though the boy was also a creature because Draco let his dominance out and half of the boys fell to there knees.
"Interesting, so most of you are creatures. Well then you should know second hand if not first hand how mates are." Draco said and most of the boys had confused faces before realizing what he was saying, then they had the very good sense to look scared. Mates are something you don't mess with. And here they were attacking the mate of the chosen prince of Slytherin and chosen favorite of all of their families.
