I woke up feeling...very tired. Someone turned my light on, and someone came over and yanked the blanets off of me.
"MMM!" I grumbled into my pillow.
"Wake up Marissa! We're gonna work on your room before we go to work!" Steve said happily. I looked up at everyone...they looked blury so I started to fish for my glasses on the side table. Once I found them and put them on I glared at all of them.
"What time is it?" I croaked.
"5 in the morning." Tony muttered, still in PJ bottoms. While everyone else was up and dressed.
"GO AWAY!" I yelled and threw a pillow over my head.
"But we need to paint your room!" Clint said.
"What day is it?" I asked while yawning.
"Friday."
"Do you guys work tomorrow?" I asked while trying to take my blanket back from Steve.
I got a round of no's and a possibly from Natasha and Clint, but it was more then likely a no.
"Alright, then *grunt(from trying to take blanket back)* How about we *Grunt* do this tomorrow, so I can go back to *grunt* bed!" Steve let go and I went tumbling back and fell off the bed and hit my floor. I looked up at everyone and rubbed my now throbbing head, "And now my head hurts, did any of you think...hmm maybe Marissa REALLY ISN'T A MORNING PERSON?" They all looked down.
"I knew you weren't. I tried to tell them!" Tony defenced himself. I rolled my eyes.
"Just go to work you guys, we can do this tomorrow right? That way we have all day? And Pepper, is there anyway I can actually have some coffee this morning?" They agreed and Pepper nodded, "Now I'm awake, you guys all suck. And I can't insult you."
They laughed at me
"What would you say if you felt like you could?" Bruce asked.
"Something that I used to say alot to my friends back in California." I looked down, I missed my friends so much...
"What was that?" Loki asked.
"I don't know if I should say it..."
"Come on, we just want to know."
"It sounds stupid, but! When I said it, people would shut up about the topic and leave me alone!" I defended myself before I said it, and they nodded, "Everytime someone started to insult me because of my hair color or something, I would tell them to go eat a dick!" I said, while walking into the bathroom to start brushing my hair.
"That's..strange, yet highly affective." Bruce said.
"Told you!"
"Whay do you mean insult you because of your hair color?" Natasha asked, looking at my red hair.
"Pale, red hair, freckles? Ginger? You've never been called a ginger?"
She shook her head, "My hair is dyed."
"Oh, well redheads are called gingers, and apparently we have no souls." I said.
"Your generation is weird." Tony muttered.
