Tuesday had been going by so slow. Daniel and I had texted a few times during the day. I tried taking a nap but failed. I couldn't fall asleep because Daniel was all that was on my mind. Was I falling in love? No I couldn't be. I mean he's practically a stranger. But does time really mean anything. I mean my parents dated for 1 year before getting married. But we all see that they just ended up getting divorced 8 years after they had me. So maybe time did mean something. I shrugged it off. Although, I was still confused, what was I feeling? The rest of the day was so incredibly boring.
WEDNESDAY KATALINAS POV
I Woke up at 8 am this morning. This morning I decided to go downstairs to the gym to workout since I wouldn't be going to Sweet Smoothie today. My hair was in a messy bun, I was wearing black leggings, and a black crop top, I know, so emo. There was some guy there that looked about my age, so around 18, anyways, he kept looking at me and biting his lip, that's when I decided that I was done with my work out. I went upstairs, took a shower, decided to straighten my hair, ate breakfast, brushed my teeth, then got dressed. I had no idea what to wear. I sat in front of my closet, having absolutely no idea what to wear. I then decided on a white adidas shirt, distressed shorts, a flannel wrapped around my waste, and a pair of white adidas. I added a few accessories and sat down for a few minutes. Daniel texted me saying he would be at my apartment in five minutes. I touched up my hair and my makeup before I heard a knock on my door. I opened it and it was Daniel. "Ready to go princess." He said That made me smile. Not even my own mother would call me princess. "Only if you are, Prince Charming." He blushed as I said it. As we got in the car, Daniel looked at me and said, "I'm gonna need you to put this on. " He handed me a blindfold. "You promise, not to take this opportunity to kill me?" "Why would I do that? You don't kill people you like." When he said that, my stomach felt like it was doing front flips. I had butterflies for the first time in a really long time. After 30 minutes of a pretty silent car ride (other then him and I singing along to songs) the car came to a stop. I heard his door open and shut. Then he opened my door and grabbed my hand. He lead me somewhere. His hand in my hand the entire time, making sure I wasn't going to fall or anything. Suddenly I felt a figure behind me. It scared me for a second before Daniel put his hand on my shoulder reassuring me that it was just him. "Okay I'm gonna take the blindfold off in 3.2.1" He took of my blindfold and I was speechless. "Dani! This is amazing!" I said looking at him. He smiled. He had brought me to a beautiful beach. I loved the beach. He didn't know why I loved the beach but he would figure that out later. "I'll race you there." He said with a smile. We ran until we got to the shore. We talked for a long time. Talking about his music career and what I want to do for a living. "Why do you like the beach so much Kat?" I didn't know how to answer him. I never told anyone why. That all changed today. "Well because, my parents got divorced when I was eight." He was looking at me. He looked like he actually cared about what I was saying so I continued. "My parents first met at the beach. It shows me that no matter what, my family will always be together, even though every family member lives in a different state." He looked at me. His eyes were looking directly into mine. "I don't even know where my dad lives anymore." I said. Wow, secret number 2 was just told. I had never told anyone about my parents. I was expecting Daniel to say I'm sorry (which I hated when people told me that).but instead he wrapped his arms around me. "Is this okay?" He asked looked down at me. I nodded and laid my head on his shoulder. We just talked for the rest of the night before we decided it would be a good idea to leave. We got back to my apartment. We looked into each others eyes. Man I just wanted to kiss him. But I've only known him for a week.
DANIELS POV Man I just wanted to kiss her. That wouldn't be a good idea though.
KATAKINAS POV We went up to my apartment. "You know Dani, you can spend the night if you want." He smiles before walking inside. I got into my pajamas and turned on netiflix. We watched the movie called "to all the boys I've loved before". Somehow we fell asleep in the middle of the movie. The last thing I remember was him wrapping his arms around my waist and resting his head on my chest. ———————————————————— A/n: secret number 2 was revealed.
