KATS POV
I was on my way to the airport to pick Natalie up. I informed her that I was gonna be 10 minutes late. I didn't know what to even say to Daniel. I believed what he told me, but I just feel like there something he isn't telling me. Possibly a secret? I shrugged the idea off and continued driving.
10 minutes into the car ride the radio played "Choose" which was obviously by Why Don't We. This song being played didn't help get Dani off my mind. So instead, I continued to think about him.
I arrived at the airport 10 minutes later. I got out of my car and texted Natalie. She told me that she was by the front entrance. I walked up to the front doors but still couldn't fine her. Then I saw the tall, brown haired girl standing near me.
"Natalie!" I yelled, pushing through the crowd of people to find her.
"Kat!"
We ran up to each other and engulfed into a hug.
"I missed you so much!"
"I missed you more."
"Ha, you wish." She said, playfully rolling her eyes.
I helped her get her suitcase into my car and told her all about LA.
"So, did Daniel come to apologize to you?"
"Yeah, actually he did."
Natalie looked away. I saw a slight smile forming on her face.
"What did you say to him Natalie?"
"Oh, nothing". She smirked as she said this. I knew that she said something to him but I honestly didn't care.
We finally got to my house. As we walked in I saw Daniel in the kitchen cooking something. By the smell of it, he was making macaroni and cheese. When he saw me he turned around and smiled at Natalie, then at me.
"Hi" he said pretty quietly.
"Hey". Natalie made Daniel hug her. She was one of those people who loved hugs. As she was walking back towards me, she pointed at Daniel (who wasn't paying attention to what he was cooking) and then winked at me. I laughed and walked over to Dani. He put a piece of paper in my pocket as we hugged.
"Um, you know, you should probably make sure you don't burn your macaroni." I chuckled at the thought of Daniel cooking.
"How do you burn Macaroni?" He asked.
"Oh, anything's possible when your the one cooking. I mean, we all now about that one time you almost caught the house on fire cooking chicken." I shot a smile at Daniel before leading Natalie to my bedroom.
"I didn't know houses were so nice in California."
"I mean, not all of them are. You have to have the money to have a nice house."
"Ah, got ya."

Natalie and I had sat in bed for about 2 hours catching up on what's been going on in our lives. I then realized that Daniel hasn't come in the bedroom once. Then I remembered the piece of paper he put in my pocket earlier.
"I'll be right back."
I walked out to the living room to find Daniel sleeping on the couch. I decided to leave him alone because he looked pretty peaceful. I went into the bathroom and looked at the note. It said.
Dear Kat,
I just want you to know that I'm so very sorry and that I love you very much. I don't know if you believe what I told you or not, but please know, what I told you was 100% honest. I also want you to know, no matter what happens, I will always love you.
Love,
Daniel James Seavey
I smiled at the note and went back into my bedroom. Natalie and I turned some Netflix on and cooked some popcorn. Daniel was still sleeping, which wasn't like him at all, but I decided to leave him be.
Daniels POV
I woke up from my extra long nap. I really wasn't feeling good at all. I heard Kats tv going in her room. The door was already opened so I walked in. The empty bag of popcorn was on the ground and Kat and Natalie fell asleep cuddling each other. Natalie was laying on her back and Kat had her arm around Natalie. They weren't cuddling in a sexual way, more of a best friend way. I decided to leave them alone, considering it was 8pm and they probably wanted to stay asleep.

Katalinas POV
Natalie and I had spent the last two days together. I introduced her to the boys, showed her around LA and she told me all about what is going on in her life. Daniel told me yesterday that he felt sick. I picked him up medicine and forced him to take it. I had checked up on him a few times, but other then that, we haven't really talked a lot these past couple of days. Natalie and I only had a few more hours together today. We didn't really do much, we sat around, baked, and had danced parties. Before I knew it, it was 2:30 in the afternoon and it was time to bring Natalie back to the airport.
We arrived at the airport. I walked her in as far as I could before saying my last good byes. Before I knew it, she was walking away. I texted Daniel asking if I could come over. I got into my car and started driving back to my house.
I finally arrived home and Daniel still didn't answer. I lived 40 minutes from the airport and usually Daniel always texted me back with in 10 minutes. Then I thought maybe he was getting ready for the rest of his tour.
OMG TOUR
Daniel and the rest of the boys decided to go on a little mini tour in the US. They were going to all the states they missed the first time. I wasn't going with him this time. It wasn't because I didn't want to, it was because I was trying to get a job.
Yes, I'll admit, I have pretty good amount of money, but it wouldn't last me forever. I had always dreamed of being a author. Although, I really didn't want to do that once I looked into college options. I really wanted to be a singer as well. I was pretty good at it. I knew that if I do pursue a career in music, all the fans will say that I'm getting my fame from Dani.
Ever since we announced we are dating, I've been getting a lot of hate. I'm pretty used to it now, but it still hurt. There would be many nights that I cried myself to sleep, Dani didn't know about this. I knew pretty soon that I would have to reveal another secret to Daniel, and I knew exactly what secret I wanted to tell him, but when was the right time?
