Being a medic at the Garrison was so boring.

The paladins had just came back from space

And they wernt even injured!

According to Allura they had some special healing pods that they used to use.

So I was in the medical room with my boyfriend Keith shortly after they had just came back to earth. The pilots said they wanted the paladins to spend an hour with loved ones before the final battle.

~flashback to seeing Keith~

I was waiting for the ship doors to open. Word at the Garrison was that the paladins had just returned to earth!

Keith my boyfriend had just returned to earth.

The doors opened and I saw a man in a red and white space suit. He ran towards me and I slowly backed up.

"(Y/n)!"

The man said as he took off his helmet.

"Keith!"

I said as he pulled me into an embrace. Tears flooded my eyes as we fell to the floor on our knees.

"I missed you so much."

He whispered into my ear.

I pulled back and our lips connected. I smiled as Keith pulled away resting his forehead on mine.

"Hey love birds, we gotta mission to do!"

I turned around to see a guy in a black and white space suit similar to Keith's. Keith chuckled as he helped me up.

"Could we have a couple more minutes?"

Shiro smiled and nodded.

And that's how we got into the medical room. I was currently on the counter making out with Keith.

Until we were interrupted...

"WOAH LOVEBIRDS KEEP IT PG!"

we turned around and Keith looked mad.

"LANCE GET OUT!"

he chuckled and walked put but not before yelling

"Stay safe lovebirds!"

I blushed a bright red as Keith chuckled. He turned back to me and helped me down from the counter.

"I'm sorry, Lance likes to interrupt things."

"Its ok."

I said as I chuckled. Keith pulled me into a hug and kissed my forehead.

"I got to go and save earth and all that, but we are gonna have a blast when I come back."

Keith whispered into my ear. I smiled as I kissed his cheek.

"See ya."

~timeskip~

I rushed to the hospital fearing the worst. Shiro had just informed me Keith was severely injured from the final battle. I bursted through the doors and rushed to the hospital bed Keith was in.

"Nurse I need bandages and hydrogen peroxide!"

The nurse nodded and scurried off.

I took of Keith's armour and shirt ;) and started cleaning up the blood. The nurse handed me the hydrogen peroxide. I quickly dabbed it on his injuries, observing anywhere else he might be injured. There wasn't anything else as bad as his chest which was good.

"Nurse, bandages."

I said as I prepped to wrap his head. The nurse handed me a thick roll of bandages and I carefully wrapped his head. I gingerly set his head on the pillow then started working on his body. After I was done I got some liquid pain killers and injected it into Keith.

"Hes gonna need a couple of hours before he wakes up."

I told the nurse, she nodded and rushed out to tell his mom.

~couple of hours later~

"(Y-y/n)?"

Keith said weakly. I put down my book I was reading and rushed to Keith's aid.

"Yeah, I'm here baby."

"Wh-what happend?"

"You were injured."

I said as I took his hand.

"How, badly m-my head."

"Really badly, here."

I said as I injected some painkillers into him.

"Thanks."

He said as he smiled.

I brushed his bangs out of his face and kissed his bandaged forehead gently.

"Dont worry I got you."

I said.

"Did you want to see your mom?"

I asked.

"Yeah."

I smiled and walked out to see his mom waiting with a worried expression on her face.

"Hes ok."

She rushed up to me and hugged me.

"Thank you."

She said. I hugged back.

"Your welcome."

She pulled away and I watched her rush into Keith's room.

Schools supposed to start next week so updated are gonna be slower:(
