I'd gotten a little more comfortable with the people I was sitting with after about ten minutes, when I suddenly realised Joe and I hadn't got drinks, whilst the whole table were slurping their coffees.

"Joe!" I cried. "We forgot to get drinks! You promised me food!"

I blushed again as everyone laughed at me.

"Zoe would only come if I promised to buy her food," Joe laughed.

Everyone laughed again as I swatted my annoying brother. Joe squeezed past our friends to order.

"What do you want, Zo?" he asked.

"A strawberry and white chocolate frappe and nachos please. Wait, hold the nachos."

I didn't want to look fat around my new friends, and I definitely didn't want to drop cheese all down myself and look even more stupid.

"One strawberry and white chocolate frappuchino coming right up," Joe beamed, and went to the counter to order.

Meanwhile, Alfie stared at me.

"What is it?" I asked, unnerved. "Do I have something on my face?"

"No," Alfie said. "I was just wondering, why did you hold the nachos? I thought you were hungry."

"I didn't want to look like a pig," I mumbled shyly.

When I looked up to see how Alfie reacted, he was gone. That was weird. I looked around and he was nowhere to be seen, but Joe was back with my drink.

I took it gladly, sipping furiously. It was the most delicious drink ever.

A couple of minutes later, Alfie returned with a plate of nachos.

"Now we can be pigs together," he gave me a big smile, which I returned.

That was so cute!

"Thank you, Alfie," I said to him.

"Just wanted to make the newbie happy," said Alfie. "Couldn't have you starving, could I?"

I laughed at the 'newbie' part. Hopefully I'd be part of the YouTuber family soon.

Alfie and I shared the nachos together happily for a few minutes until Alfie took the nacho and wiped cheese off it onto my nose. I gasped as the warm, sticky stuff glided over the tip of my nose.

"Alfie!" I shrieked.

Alfie fell about laughing. "Sorry, sorry," he chuckled, and used a nacho to scrape it off then ate it.

"Ew!" I cried. "That probably has my foundation/concealer/powder on it."

"Don't care," Alfie chuckled. "A nachos a nacho. It tastes extra good after being on you."

"Weirdo," I poked my tongue out at him and he pouted.

Once we'd finished in the diner we took some cute pictures on Alfie's phone. We hadn't actually meant to look cute, just friendly. That's probably why Alfie didn't post them. Because we looked like a couple.

I sighed. Tanya had commented about how cute a couple me and Alfie made, and I'd gotten all the guys' numbers. I couldn't help wishing for more time with Alfie, though.

God knows why.

The mind of Zoella is a strange and scary place, and I don't really want to go there right now.

When Joe and I returned home it was five in the afternoon. Joe had to upload his daily vlog, so I decided to go and drive around for a bit, and bring us home pizza.

I got in my little car and started to drive. I decided to go to the town nearby where my YouTuber friends were staying for a few days, as it was a really cute, bright place.

I walked around the city centre for a bit, vlogging, and telling my suscribers how I was walking around for a bit, exclaiming how beautiful the city was and showing them all different pretty landmarks.

I stopped at a few shops, buying myself some new lip glosses and tubes of mascara, a new pair of earrings and a candle for my room.

I was just about to get pizza and go back home when I heard a clap of thunder. Oh God. I have a major phobia of storms.

I froze in the spot, listening for more signs of storm. As if on cue, rain started to fall heavily. I groaned and tried to shield my head.

I darted into the pizza shop and quickly ordered my favourite, plain margarita for myself and pepperoni for Joe.

Then I started to run towards my and get away from the rain and storm. Just as I neared my car though, I slipped on the sidewalk and fell with a crash to the hard ground, my bags flying everywhere. I landed awkwardly on my ankle and had to stop myself from crying.

"Hey! Are you okay?" I heard a voice, and a hand was outstretched towards me.

"M-my ankle," I said, trembling from cold and fear.

"Zoe?" Said the stranger, and I gasped when I looked up and saw his face.
