Chapter 3 ~ the breakfast chat.

Because of the meeting, when the sun rose the next morning, mostly everyone felt half dead.

Actually, the only ones surprisingly who seemed cheery and awake were Keneya and Cedmi.

The two actual people who that whole freaking meeting was about.

But what did all of the gods, Chaos, the campers and both of the commander groups expect?

Those two were assassins after all. Training to stay awake for days used to be a normal routine for them.

They still practiced to stay awake like that even now a days. Even though Cedmi is Chaos's first commander and Keneya is meant to be in prison.

And to be honest, Cedmi really wanted Keneya to go back to prison. Being locked up for a while might make her more stable.

Because she was just purely insane. More crazy than he was and that's saying something.

Yes, he kind of missed her company. It's kind of hard not to, since he had known her for very long.

But then again, Cedmi wanted her to shut up. Especially about the stuff that he wants to keep secret.

Of course, though, her big mouth doesn't seem to have an off button that allows that to happen. At least not most of the time.

It's his fault that she's this way. Partly his fault, but still. Back when he met her, she was less crazy or sassy than she is now.

Maybe all of the years she spent with him, made those things rub off from him on her.

But like, ten times stronger.

Right now it was quite early in the morning, maybe half past five. The meeting had lasted pretty much all of last night.

And because it was morning and the sun was out, everyone was able to go outside without getting possessed by the moon.

Cedmi still has no idea how the heck the Moon Souls heard about this war. And even more importantly; joined Void in it.

Was it because of what he did many hundred years ago? Did they hear that he was with Chaos now and wanted revenge?

Cedmi shook his head. He couldn't afford to fill his head with thoughts like that. Not today.

Especially since Keneya was sitting right next to him at the massive dining table in the dining room on Olympus.

Since tonight when the moon was going to come out again, Void will have the upper hand again.

The Moon Souls will have control over the moon again. Maybe they will do this every night.

Alicia had mind messaged Lily - her sector's leader - to make sure no one from her or Bianca's sector leaves camp grounds.

Or that they don't come outside at night much less look at the moon from the windows.

So, both sectors three and four were keeping Camp Half-Blood safe. Which was a good thing.

One thing that Cedmi forgot to mention was the fact that all of the Roman demigods had been taken care of as well.

Just before midnight by Californian time, Cedmi made Zeus visit Camp Jupiter as well, Jupiter.

Jupiter told them that it was an order from the gods and Chaos himself for them not to leave camp, or to look outside at night.

Which was difficult since they were keen on having night patrol.

Jupiter had ended up getting kind of mad and demanding them all to listen to him, which they all gradually did.
