HIYA GUYS.... soooo yeah. Been a while, huh?

Anyway, I'm not gonna lie I've had a hard and busy year and I simply didn't have the time nor the energy to write any of my stories, but I will be back on schedule soon, hopefully.

My writing has changed a lot since the last time I wrote anything to this story so there will be a lot of editing that I will do. The first book of the series will be edited too. That's all though that I have to say.

Right, here's the chapter. Enjoy.

Mount Olympus - the next morning.

Percy did not expect to talk to Poseidon alone anytime soon. After their little talk at the beach - which seemed like it had happened ages ago now - he had rather thought that there was a way to stay out of his ex-father's path.

Alas, with Luke and Charles both away at Camp Jupiter he was rather bored. Michael had taken it into his liberty to study the sun graphs with more precision, telling everyone that he was looking for a pattern while both Bianca and Silena tried to calm the raging temper of one Zoë Nightshade. She was still mad about Luke simply going to Camp Jupiter.

Feria and Adrien had taken a page out of Keneya's book and started to explore Olympus properly, looking into every nook and cranny. Some of the demigods from camp - namely Annabeth Chase and Jason Grace - even gave them tours and spent hours explaining the stories behind how the building there were built and for what reason.

Even Keneya stayed out of his way. After pouting a lot about being the last one to find out about the excursion to Camp Jupiter she had become acquainted with Athena's library. When Percy had stepped into the enormous room filled with book shelves and a million books he had a mini flash back to the last time he had been there.

Precisely four hundred and sixteen years ago when he had stolen that one book which had told him how to go to outer space. He could not remember for the life of him whatever happened to that book though. Maybe he lost it on some random planet, or maybe it was on his bookshelves back in his room on Chaos Planet.

Once Keneya grabbed a hold of a book she was gone to the outside world. And that left him walking through the gardens of Olympus all on his own. The peace and quiet was nice though and he hated the fact that it would be disturbed soon.

"It is rather beautiful here, isn't it, Cedmi?" a voice suddenly had spoken behind him and he realised that it was Poseidon. Of course, who else? Cedmi looked over his shoulder at the older looking man, watching as he came to stand next to him. "I remember when these gardens were just made. Hera was delighted with them." He fell silent again after that.

The garden were indeed beautiful. A big fountain stood in the middle of them, having small paths made of stones leading towards it from five different directions. In the centre of the fountain was a statue of some deity - Percy could not tell who but it rather looked similar to Gaia. Maybe it was Rhea though as she looked pretty similar to her mother. The trees and plants in the garden were all different colours contrasting against each other yet making everything look more stunning.

Cedmi decided to indulge Poseidon. "On the planet of Johoten there is this gigantic valley right next to one of it's biggest and most populated cities," he said, staring out amongst the tress of the garden and watching the birds fly between them. "People come over from different planets simply to stand over the valley and see the sun set over the land." He could tell that Poseidon was paying close attention to his words. "What they don't do though is stand there at night and stare over the darkened soils with the stars shining so brightly above them. It is more beautiful than any sunset ever will be."
