*Skip school day*
You walk out the school doors, and you're about to put your earphones in, when you heard "Hey Y/N!! Wait up!" You turn around to see Dick running to catch up to you. "Hey" you say, as you put your earphones away. You guys laughed and talked until Dick had to go the other way, "Cya tomorrow" Dick said as he smirked, waved and started to walk the other way. You just smiled, and waved back.
When you reached home, you found yourself humming your favorite song. "Well you seem pretty happy, what's up?" your mum said as she put down her laptop and walked over. "nothing, I just had a pretty great day!" You said in a dreamy voice. "ohh, is that so?" your mum said as she smirked teasingly. "well uh, I made a friend?" You replied "oh that's great!! What's their name?" You could feel your cheeks go red. "uh, D-Dick Grayson.." You said in such a quiet voice, you could barely hear yourself. "ohhh it's a boy!" Your mum said as she smirked at you. You chuckled and rolled your eyes. "good luck" she said while winking. "Sure, sure." You sighed and made your way to your room.
