An hour later Jason found himself seated at his desk looking at a small note laid in front of him, wishing his annoyance would burn it away. After retiring from the meeting with Isaac, Wendy had come to him while he had expected her to relay all the information the lady had left regarding her case; she had handed out a single note.

"She didnt leave any information, just the name of this town. According to her this is where the missing girl lived. She left the place two days ago and didn't return."
And that's it.
That was all Wendy had been told and she had relayed her message. No contact. No address. No details. And when Jason asked her if she had given the lady his contact no,
"She refused, said she would meet you later."
Was what she said. Great. She didn't even bother to take his contact. The nice person sure had clicked some nerves.
Jason looked at the note inscribed in cursive text.
'Parkers town' it read.
He knew this place at least, a small town, previously planned extension of Elvin Bells located at its outskirts. It was never officially included into it and wasn't much funded.
He sighed. Annoyed he was, he shoved the note in his coat pocket and finally got up to leave.
