Sasha managed to return to both the docks and Marlon without any more disruptions and she made sure to give him his apple.

“Now that looks like a nice snack. Alright, now listen up: fishing is all about state of mind. If your in a good mood and focused, the fish will bite. Oh, and also, different fish live in different waters. So if your not catching what you want, try another spot. Now go see if you can catch a good-sized fish.”

With that being said, Sasha catches around two to five fish. She shown each of her fish to the king's advisor at the royal castle. She however, shakes her head sadly.

“unfortunately, no. Goodman Laird has already turned in an enormous tench and is currently leading the competition. Good luck beating that, Sasha!”

Sasha retakes her steps back to the church to rest. She needed to clear her head if she wanted to win the competition. Once she woke up, she ate two bowls of Gruel and headed to the village to buy several leach to help her catch some fish.

Before she could try fishing for anything bigger, she goes to Marlon for some more tips.

“An enormous tench, you say? Well, I guess there's only one way last thing for you to try. It's only a legend, but some folks say that every 50 years, a massive lobster appears to a downtrodden fisherman in need of a big catch. This lobster apparently takes pity on only the saddest individuals, so your going to have to prove to that lobster that you're pathetic enough to win it's favor.”

Sasha thus starts to fish. She tries different spot but still doesn't gain any luck. She eventually runs out of Leech and she heads to the village to buy some more.

As Sasha approached the center of town, she noticed a large crowd assembling. To Sasha’s surprise, she found that a group of citizens was standing idly by as several townsfolk pelted an Elf girl with rock-hard potatoes.

“Get out of here”, shouted the mob. “ We don't want your kind here!”

Sasha’s eyes met those of the tormented girl for a brief moment...

Sasha thought about for merely a few seconds how yummy those potatoes must be...but she quickly snapped out of those thoughts and stopped the mob.

Sasha dashed into the center of the crowd, shielding the girl from the projectiles. She reared up and addressed the crowd:

“People of Zigohar! Fair skin and pointed ears do not a beast make! Does she not breathe the same air as we do? Eat the same food? The only different twixt you and her is YOUR absence of conscience!”

The crowd slowly dispersed, not with love for the girl, but with uncertainty in their hearts.

The girl stood up and said, “Thank you. I am Princess Elianne of the hidden realm of the elves: Effenmont. Take this map. It will reveal to you the location of our home.”

The Princess then ran off, never explaining why she was there at all.

Sasha had been fishing for several hours, but nothing was biting. It was beginning to look like Sasha would never win the competition. But wait...what was that...? Perhaps Sasha had a shot after all…

Sasha returns to the royal castle and to the king's advisor with a huge fish! It was the legendary lobster that Marlon had told Sasha about! Perhaps some legends were true after all.

“My goodness, what a massive lobster! Some might dispute that a lobster is really a fish, but I think it's pretty clear, don't you? And I'd normally give people a chance to catch a bigger fish, but let's just face it, no one's going to catch anything bigger. Congratulations, you are our champion! Please accept this cash prize!”

Sasha accepts the large amount of cash and jumps into the air, screaming out cheers. She couldn't believe she had actually won the competition! It was amazing. With this much being accomplished, she returned to church Petran Monastery and told everyone about it.

She prayed to me, the watcher before going to sleep. This was going to be a day that sister Sasha would never forget.
