Tyki woke up with Shaun still in his arms, he didn’t remember falling asleep, and in fact he was still fully dressed shoes and all. The front of his shirt was still damp with water and tears, but he saw that Shaun’s hair had dried. Planting another soft kiss on the top of her head before pulling the blanket up over her, he couldn’t help but notice that she looked a bit different. Shaun’s hair had a natural wave to it but now her hair was in thick curls, creating a lovely frame around her pretty face. Tyki assumed that the water had done that to it, none the less he really liked it. He liked how peaceful and happy she looked while she slept, it was comforting after what had happened the night before. The fact that he could do nothing to help her was bothering him a lot, Tyki had never felt so helpless before and he didn’t like it. He wanted to know why Shaun did what she did, he wanted to help her, but how would he go about asking? Oh so umm I was just wondering what kind of childhood trauma made you scream bloody murder in my bathroom? There are things that you just can’t ask a person, that being one of them. He brushed some of the curls from her face and neatly tucked them behind her ear, Tyki smiled a bit knowing that if she was awake she would have moved them back right away. It was almost a tiny victory for him because she couldn’t, instead she just twitched her nose a bit and nuzzled deeper into the pillow. This was a bit of a problem seeing that her head was resting just overtop of Tyki’s arm, it was definitely going to be hard to get up without waking her. He sighed at the exorcist, What am I gonna do with you? He asked, golden eyes full of concern.

Shaun sat up clumsily rubbing her eyes, she was still in Tyki’s bed but the Noah was nowhere to be found. Sluggishly dragging herself out of the bed she got up to go look for him. Shaun was still in nothing but the shirt Tyki had put on her last night, A little chilly- she thought -but it’ll do, the exorcist cautiously creaked open the door and peered down the purple hallway. The walls were lined ceiling to floor with pictures and paintings of all different sizes in decorative fancy frames, which made her feel a little claustrophobic, but she did like the carpet. Shaun decided against looking for him, this place was a big maze and she didn’t feel like getting lost especially on the off chance she found someone other than Tyki, closing the door behind her she went back inside. She needed to get cleaned up anyway, so she shuffled her freezing cold feet across the soft wooden floor and into the bathroom.
Shaun ran a brush through her hair, which for some reason still wasn’t taming the wild curls that she had woken up with, Uuugh how annoying. After five or so minutes battling with her stubborn hair she gave in and started to brush her teeth instead. Shaun paced around the decently sized room while she brushed, she felt bad for getting Tyki involved in her problems like that, that was something she had hoped to leave behind. She planned to apologize when he came back, gathering her hair behind her head she spit into the sink and then rinsed out her mouth. She hadn’t really told anyone about what happened before the order first found her and she wasn’t really sure that she was ready to yet, but what choice did she have now? Shit… Shaun’s elbow had abruptly slipped a bit on the polished wooden countertop, causing her to smudge her makeup, washing it off she started over. It was just a little bit unnerving, when she remembered Kanda’s betrayed glare it just reminder her so much of him and it all had come flooding back so quickly. Shaun took a deep breath to calm herself down and inspected her newly fixed makeup in the large vanity mirror. “Shaaauuun?” came a low familiar voice from the bedroom.
“I’m in heeere!” she replied through the door, “Hurry out love I brought you some breakfast.” Tyki said slightly quieter now that he knew she was actually there. Shaun broke away from the mirror and clutched her stomach realizing how hungry she actually was, she hadn’t really eaten a thing in days. Tyki watched as the exorcist made her way over to him and plopped herself down on his lap, she gave him a quick kiss and then smiled. “Ok so where’s my food?” she asked cheekily, Tyki just smiled and then opened his mouth to reveal a plump red cherry in his teeth. Shaun smirked and then leaned in for another kiss, stealing the cherry from the handsome Noah’s mouth she leaned back again and chewed for a bit. She then stuck out her tongue displaying the cherry stem that she had tied in a neat little knot. “I didn’t know what you would want so I brought you this.” He chuckled while pulling a plate of different fruits and cheeses out from behind him. The presentation on the plate was very well done, all the fruits were chopped into little cubes or fanned out in thin slices, and the cheeses were all cut into perfect pie like sections. It was very colourful and it was obvious he had put a lot of effort into it. Shaun took the cherry stem out of her mouth and placed in on the edge of the plate before grabbing a hand full of what she assumed to be some sort of melon and starting to eat.
