Chapter Fifteen: Our Cliche' Love Story

Ethan POV
We help Aunica off the ground and bring her to the medics, the nurses say that the punch wasn't that bad and that Aunica will be fine, also she's just being over dramatic.

"Thank you nurse" I said.

I look at Aunica who is on the bed and is being surrounded by the committee members, she'll be fine. I head to the lobby on search for Len, I see her enter Gabriels car along with the rest of our friends and Antonio and Princess. I run to the door to see if I can still catch it, but sadly I didn't .
After many hours the youth committee took us home and Aunica is left in the casino with the employees.

"What a day" said John as he sat on the chair.

"Yah" I agreed.

"Two girls fighting over you dude" John said.

"Then Ethan must be very handsome" said Harley as he grabbed a drink from the counter.

"What?" I asked.

"I mean like, if you weren't handsome then two of those chicks awhile ago wouldn't have fought" said Harley.

"Wait, wasn't that other chick your best friend?" Asked Dan as he stood from the door.

"Yes" I answered.

"Damn" said Dan.

"You got two weird chicks in your hands mate" said John.

"One who is willing to kill for you and the other one who is willing to let you go, just to see you to be happy" said Harley.

"Crazy" said John.

"But seriously though mate? Who are you dating?" Asked Dan.

"None of them!" I screamed as I stood from the couch.

"You're not dating any one of them... So who do you like?" Asked John.

"Len" I answered.

"HAHAHAHAHAHA" Harley laughed as loud as he could and so does John and Dan.

"Why are you guys laughing?" I asked them.

"Cliche' love story" said Harley as he wiped away the tears in his eyes.

"Their cliche' love story" said John and Dan in sink.

"Our cliche' love story..." I said.

I think about it for the slightest moment, and it is... This is our cliche' love story. But if it is? Then I and Len will be together in the end.

"You guys are right, this is my cliche' love story" I told them happily.

"We're always right" the three of them say.

I leave the house immediately and go to Lens house, as I arrive there I ring the door bell but no one is answering it. I enter my house and ran as fast as I could up those stairs and entered my room to see if Lens lights were still on, but it wasn't.

"She must be asleep" I said to myself "Its alright... I'll tell her on the day of dance".

"Or she's ignoring you" said Antonio, crossed arms as he stood on the door way.

"Ignore me?" I asked.

"Yah, you choose to stay with Aunica than to rather comfort your bestfriend" said Antonio as he slammed the door behind him.

"Len is fucking in pain you dumbass!" Exclaimed Antonio.

"I'm not a dumbass, also if Len was in pain she would have told me! Cause' I'm her bestfriend loser!" I exclaimed back at him.

Antonio slams me into my bed and I feel scared and shock. I and Antonio kid alot, but this one, I know his pissed.

"I can't believe Kathleen even calls you her bestfriend! When you know exactly nothing that is going on in her life!" Antonio yells "I've only been here for a few months Than, and I know Kathleen more than you!".

"Than why don't you be the bestfriend of Kathleen huh!?"

"I would be better than you" exclaimed Antonio.

I stand to my feet and hold my ground, why would Antonio think his better than me.

"How could you say that you know her better than me huh!?" I said as I push him.

"I know she likes blue! She likes basketball and badminton! She likes red velvet cake with cream cheese! She likes all animals! And the worst thing that she could ever like..."
Antonio looks down on my bedroom carpet, I look at his hand that now form into a fist. He puts his head up high and I tears streaming down his face.
"The worst thing.. that she could ever like... is you".

"What?" I ask him.

"Len still fucking loves you... I tried within the months I have with Len, but everytime I hang out with her... She always talks about you, she admires you Ethan. She admires you so much" he answered.

"I'm sorry..." I apologize to him.

I love Len, but I can't afford to see Antonio like this. Antonio has liked and dated so many girls, but Len changed him. Antonio is actually willing to fight for this girl, Len can really change people.
I walk towards Antonio and bring him into a tight hug.

"I'm sorry too" apologized Antonio as he hugs me back.

We both stand there crying and apologizing to each other.
After an hour or so, I ask Antonio about the thing that he was talking about, that he knew things better than I did.

"Ethan, I think its better that you yourself should hear it from her" answered Antonio.

"Lucia and you are telling me that Len is hiding a secret from me, is the secret that big?" I asked him.

"Yah" he answered "You'll know, after a few more days bro, I'm really, really sorry again".

"Its alright" I respond "Bro's before Gal's?"

"Bro's before Gal's" repeated Antonio.

He leaves my room and I sit on the floor looking at my wooden door. I stand up and change into my pj's, I lay down on my bed and stare up at my blank deep blue ceiling thinking about Len.

"What are you hiding Kathleen?" I asked myself.
