They stayed like that for a while, Minghao softly threading his fingers through the older's hair as they hugged.
Jun couldn't believe it.
He'd confessed to Minghao expecting the younger to completely erase him from his life and never talk to him again, and he surely hadn't seen this coming. What would this mean? Were they together now? Jun wanted to ask Minghao but he was way too scared, what about Minghao's girlfriend?
What about Minghao's girlfriend?
Jun suddenly pulled apart from Minghao.
"Your girlfriend..."
He spoke shyly, fidgeting with his hands.
"We broke up"
Minghao lied. It was his first instinct and he knew he shouldn't have but all he wanted in that moment was for Jun to be happy, he'd deal with his girlfriend eventually, right? Every worry started to vanish from his mind as Jun blushed softly and hugged him again.
"I missed you so much"
He spoke softly, letting Minghao trace patterns on his back, and the younger's heart melted. All this time he'd felt so empty, so lonely even though he had his girlfriend, and now everything was starting to make sense for once in his life.
His rapid heartbeat whenever Jun would smile, his stomach erupting with butterflies when they'd hug, he felt so dumb for not having realized it sooner.
"I'm so sorry"
Minghao sighed, pulling Jun even closer to him. The older frowned as he pressed their foreheads together.
"What for?"
He questioned, placing his hand on top of the younger's thigh.
"Everything"
Minghao breathed.
"Making you feel like I was playing with you... Not being clear with my feelings... You didn't deserve any of that but I was just so... so lost"
He let out, tearing his gaze away from the older, feeling Jun place his hand on his cheek.
"It's okay now"
And that was all Jun needed to say. He leaned in and softly pressed his lips to Minghao's once again. He felt the younger tugging on his hair, and he placed his hands on Minghao's chest, feeling his heart beat. The kiss was slow and soft and gentle and pure, until it wasn't.
Minghao was pleasantly surprised when he felt Jun's tongue grazing his bottom lip, asking for entrance. Usually Jun wouldn't be so direct but Minghao wasn't complaining.
He opened his mouth eagerly letting Jun's tongue lace with his, his hands still tugging on the older's hair. He was so lost in the kiss he didn't even notice Jun pushing him back on the bed and hovering above him.
The older broke the kiss to press his lips to the younger's neck, kissing every part of exposed skin he could find. Minghao had dreamt about this, but it was way better than he'd ever imagined.
He let himself get lost in the moment, his hands laced in the back of Jun's neck, and it felt so good. So good Minghao couldn't stop the soft moan that escaped his lips.
He immediately covered his mouth, embarrassed, and Jun chuckled softly. As much as Minghao was very confident and out there with his friends, this was a side of him only Jun got to see, and it made his heart flutter.
The older tore Minghao's hands from his mouth, placing a soft peck on his lips and laying directly on top of him.
Even though it was an uncomfortable position to say the least, Minghao wouldn't complain. For the first time in forever (if u get this reference marry me) he felt like he belonged somewhere, as cliché as it sounded, in Jun's arms, everything fell into place.
Jun sighed softly as he laced his fingers with Minghao's, he'd never been this happy in his whole life, and maybe, just maybe, he thought as he kissed the back of Minghao's hand, he wasn't as heterosexual as he'd thought.
-- Ok so anyway this is kinda a filler but I felt like it was needed to make up for all the angsty stuff
The next chapter is gonna be about what happened between Jeongcheol cause I'm uninspired for Junhao's plot and I love Jeongcheol
