9. Addiction

I woke up after having a lovely sleep. There's something about sleep which makes me want to never leave my bed. I'm not sure how I used to cry while going to bed as a kid but now wish nothing more to sleep as much as I can.

I went straight to the kitchen as my stomach growled loudly begging for food.

"Well, some one is very hungry"  my mom teased me.

"what did you make?"I asked her searching for food.

"Pasta" she replied calmly but I couldn't resist to show my happiness in my eyes. What more better way to start a day than by eating your favorite breakfast.

I checked my phone and seen a message from my friend.

Alien Friend: Are you still mad at me, lil' girl?

Me: Honestly, nobody could stay mad at you. Even then I tried but you couldn't let me have my satisfaction.

Alien Friend: Haa Haa! Lil' girls shouldn't pretend to be mad, that's very wrong. And why can nobody stay mad at me?

Me: Why is it wrong? You and your childish cute self.

Alien Friend: Just like you find being submissive is wrong. And Aww! You called me cute :D

Me: You'll never get over the submissive stuff, will you? Return my words back, you're not cute anymore.

Alien Friend:  Haa Haa! Nope. Hey! You can't take that back. I am cute.

Me:  You can take my crown back and I can't take my words back? So unfair.

Alien Friend: I took your crown back because you didn't yet earn it as per our agreement while I earned the right for you to call me cute.  So fair :P

Me:  No! You're not even cute. Not even a little bit.

Alien Friend: No problem, at least for that 1 second, you DID call me cute and I'll remember that forever.  And tease you for it.

Me:  I'm taking my words back. You're not cute, you're a devil - there, I said it. I'm giving you more and more reasons to tease me right?

Alien Friend: Even a minuscule 1% is enough to tease you. Nah, you already said... I'm cute ;)

Me: yeah, yeah! A devil is very good at sarcasm and teasing innocent girls like me.

Alien Friend: Innocent you? Good joke. Buhahaha. Finally, you made me laugh. And, yeah! i'm the devil reincarnated. Watcha gonna do?

Me:  You did call me innocent many times. Use your "too good" memory to remember it.

Alien Friend: In an ironical manner. Not literally.

Me: :( :( :( :(

Alien Friend:  *sends kissing emoji*

What in the world? he sent  me kissing emoji? Like really? Was it by mistake? Did he mean it? Are we going too far? My mind was consumed by too many thoughts, thoughts and sub-thoughts.

Alien Friend: It's okay. Don't cry! I'll try to tone down my teasing for ya, if I can :P

Me: Officially ignoring you for n hour or so.

Alien Friend:* Sad emoji* Bad lil' girl.

And then again, I started to ignore him not that he sent me a message which requires a reply so I pick it as my cue to start having my space and time to process all the things that are going on in my life.
