Before saying anything, I updated the cover, I'm very proud of it. What do you think?

So, I have come to you today to rant again. I was trying to explain to my sister this morning how I don't like movies.

Well actually, I do like movies, but it's a bit hard to explain. I have a love/hate, complicated relationship with them.

When reading a book, I always think "Oh! They must make this into a series or show," but I never say movie

When reading a book, I always think "Oh! They must make this into a series or show," but I never say movie.

I just think a two hours footage isn't enough, not only is it not enough to show everything the book holds, every page, every laugh, scene, cry; but it's also not enough to attach yourself to a character.

I could watch a movie without shedding one tear, and rewatch the same story in a TV show and cry a torrent. Two hours seated in front of a TV isn't enough to get to know a character, understand and create that bond with them, it's just not enough.

Now, I know, there are movie series.

But really? It's still two hours of footage a year. By the next movie, I've kinda forgotten the feelings.

But still, I won't lie, I do like to watch movies and go to the cinema and everything. Though I much, much prefer a good TV show.

So, movies or TV shows?
