"Are you not mad at me anymore?" Jungkook whispered - after a while of silence, his breath tickling my neck.

"Now's not the time for that Jungkook." I replied with a sigh, knowing very well now was not the time to continue our argument, "No matter how big our fight is when you're in a pinch, you should call me, bitch face."

"I would consider it," a slight hint of cheekiness returned to Jungkooks voice, and some of the tension left my body, "If you said it nicely."

"Then next time, I'm definitely not coming," I replied in a joking tone, as I gave his back a soft hit.

"You really won't come?" Even though I joked around, Jungkook seemed to have taken it seriously and his body - surprisingly, tensed up.

"Of course, I will you doofus." I chuckled, but my voice was reassuring him, "Even if you didn't contact me, I would always find you. I'm your Hanahaki Flower after all."

"Oh?" Jungkook seemed surprised, and he pulled back from our hug, "What do you mean?"

"You think I didn't notice?" I punched Jungkooks chest without much power, after all, I didn't want to break my fingers on his chiseled chest,  "You're coughing up Mimosa flowers. How could I not know my namesake flower."

"Heh..." Jungkook scratched his neck a bit sheepishly, "Seems like we really do have a strong bond huh?"

"You think so?" I teased him, and this time it was Jungkooks turn to sqeeuze my cheeks.

"Admit we do, you buttface!" Jungkook was honestly offended, and he wouldn't let go until I admitted it.

"Ieu dow haw a buwfawe!" I protested before caving in and nodding my head, "Ieu admwit, we dwo hawe a cwose bwond!"

"Good girl." Jungkook nodded his head content, and finally let go of my - now red, cheeks.

"Holy shit!" I couldn't hide my disdain whilst inspecting my cheeks in my pocket-mirror, "They're swollen!"

"Nah, it's not that bad." Jungkook grabbed my chin and turned my face towards him.

Being used to his touch, I didn't flinch under his gaze but, had it been any other, they would've been surprised by the fact that Jungkook was being so touchy.

"Easy for you to say," I grumbled carefully touching my red cheeks, "When your not the one walking around with chipmunk cheeks."

"Mimi, does it really hurt that much?" Jungkook started worrying a bit, as I want the type to whine so quickly.

Without answering him, I rolled my eyes before giving my cheeks one last glance and putting my pocket-mirror away.

"Mimi." Jungkook tugged my sleeve with a pout, but I just gave him a serious look.

"Bullshit aside," I gave Jungkook a stern look and he shriveled a bit under my stare, "Let's go to the library together."

"What?!" Jungkook looked perplexed, as I had started talking about a totally different topic than he expected.

"I want to see if they've books about the Hanaki disease." I crossed my arms in front of my chest, "Since you won't let me come inside the doctor's office, and only tell me the bare minimum, I'm going to do some research myself."

"When do you want to go?" Jungkook subtly avoided the 'doctors office' topic, by agreeing to go with me to the library, "I'm not sure if it will help-"

I cut off his last sentence by pressing my finger against his lips, "Jeon Jungkook, That fight from yesterday, is still up here! So don't test my patience!"

I gestured at my throat before continuing my talk, "But, if I've to come to your rescue every time, I need to know what's causing this, and what I need to 'rescue'. Do you understand that?"

"But to go through all that trouble just for me..." Jungkook looked really conflicted, but that wouldn't change my mind.

"You give me that much," I stated with determination, "Or I stop meddling in with your disease, and I rest my case on helping you."

"You have to be kidding me?" Jungkook really looked shocked and scared.

"I need to know what I'm dealing with." I stated once again not wavering from my decision, "You have no idea, how dangerous it can be to handle without knowledge when someone is sick."

"Fine, let's go today." Jungkook caved in with a sigh, "After school, I'll wait for you by the lockers."

"Alright," I nodded with a smile, "Also think about it Jungkook. If you're next to your unrequited love, shouldn't the coughing be less bad? Why is it the other way for you?" Don't you need to find out?"

"I do..." Jungkook seemed reluctant to voice his thoughts, but then he mustered up his courage, "But I don't want to impose on you too much. I already feel like I'm being really selfish by asking you to help me every time."

"You're not, you doofus." I grabbed his hand and gave it an encouraging squeeze, "Impose as much as you want, I'll be there to help you. What else are friends for?"

"This way I can keep you a little closer, and as long as I'm granted that joy, I can continue to be your good friend."

"I'm really sorry for lying to you." Jungkook clutched my hand inbetween his, and looked really remorseful, "I was conflicted with the thought of ditching you. But in the end, I made an even bigger mistake, and hurt you even more. Sorry, Mimi, you didn't deserve to be lied to. Especially not after all the support you give me."

"Maybe, we're all liars for our own benefits. I, for sure, am hiding behind a mask of lies to keep both of us happy and together."

"Forgiven and forgotten." I stated calmly, honestly not wanting to prolong this fight any longer, "It was a useless fight anyway."

"Gosh, I'm glad that's over." Jungkook made a jump in the air as the tension left his body.

"Look at the time!" I suddenly remembered all the worried people we had left behind, and grabbed Jungkooks arm dragging him along to the canteen, "You have got a lot of apologizing to do to your friends, and if we don't want to starve for the rest of the day, we better hurry up."

"Oh no, my lunch!" Jungkook gasped in horror.

"And my lunch!"

"You know what Mimi? I remember something of the coughing attack!"

"No, tell me."

"A bunch of petals got stuck to my throat, and I was really choking."

"Woah, kinky," I stated in the most unimpressed tone I could muster up.

"Gross, do you mean that?" Jungkook gave me a disgusted side glance.

"No, I don't." I retorted as I kept on walking in a high paced step, "Now keep on walking, or I'll miss my damned lunch!"

"Yes, sorry ma'am," Jungkook immediately sped up, as the both of us basically speed walked to the canteen.

I opened the doors and with slight panting, I searched for our friends. The moment they made eye-contact with us, they started waving enthusiastically.

"You go ahead and eat," Jungkook told me, waving at the table, "I'll buy myself a sandwich and be right there."

"Okay~" I now noticed that my stomache was grumbling very hard and that I really wanted to eat my lunch.

"Yo, Hanahaki flower!" Jungkooks call made me turn around in my step, and he flashed me a big, cheeky grin, "Save me a seat!"

"I won't!" I stuck my tongue out at him with a grin, and rushed to the table, leaving behind a flustered Jungkook...
