¤ We all have secrets we'll never tell ¤

"Just in case I forget anything, I wrote it down," Jimin said pulling a piece of paper out of his pocket.

"Maybe we should bring snacks too?" I proposed, looking at the cakes, muffins, and cookies with glistening eyes.

"I agree," Jimin hummed pleased, following my gaze towards the showcase with snacks, "But, how do we choose?"

"Leave that to me," I said with a proud expression, "I'm Le cake master."

"Alright, miss. Cake master, I trust you," Jimin giggled softly as he saw my expression, before turning towards the cashier and ordering al the drinks, "I'll leave the snacks to her."

The cashier turned her attention towards me, and I quickly summed up the choices I had made "2 slice of red velvet cake, 2 slice of the chocolate fudge cake, 2 pieces of salted caramel brownies, 2 cheese and pesto whirls, and 6 of the double choc, peanut butter cookies."

"Alright, your orders will come right up," the cashier left us and quickly got to work.

Before I could've reacted Jimin had already paid and turned around to me with a smile.

"We're definitely splitting the bill upstairs," I told Jimin firmly, "Or at least I will pay my share."

"No need to," Jimin waved it away with a smile, "Just take it as my treat."

"This amount of money is not a treat Chim." I gave him a stern gaze, and he caved in visibly.

"Fine, I'll let you pay me but," Jimin held up his finger and although I narrowed my eyes he still proceeded, "Only the drink."

"At least let me pay for a cake!" I protested baffled by his equal stubbornness.

"Either only the drink or nothing."

"Fine, the drink then!"

"Excuse me bickering couple," the cashier's amused voice interrupted our conversation, "Your order is ready."

"We're not a couple tho," I stated equally amused, taking the platter with snacks and cakes from her, "And, thank you!"

"O-oh, I'm sorry," the cashier seemed honestly flustered and looked away perplexed.

"Don't worry about it," Jimin smiled his trademark eye smile at the cashier, as he took the platter with drinks from him, "Have a nice day."

"H-have a nice day." The cashier stammered with a red face.

"I think that cashier has a good eye for compatible people," Jimin wriggled his eyebrows suggestively at me, making me roll my eyes at him.

"Ooor, he's just good at making assumptions," I replied dryly, feeling an uncomfortable feeling creep up my chest, "He's just joking, it has no deeper meaning. Don't freak out Mimosa."

We walked the last part to our table in silence, mostly because I had probably made it uncomfortable by ending the conversation so dryly...

"Woah, they're finally here!" Jin spotted them through the aisles of books and jumped up delighted.

"What took you guys so long? We're starving!" Hoseok asked taking the platter from me and placing it on the table.

"We had 10 orders, of course, that would take long!" Jimin voiced out in a whiney voice.

"Besides, making sure Jimbles doesn't trip over his own feet and drop the whole shabam, is quite a task too." I commented with a small smirk, making everyone laugh as Jimin threw me a playful glare, "Especially on the stairs."
