Breathtaking was the word I would use to describe London.
The environment itself was beautiful, and don't even let me get started with the men.
After I left the airport I headed down to Cambridge.
I got there and I was lost.
The campus was huge. As I was looking at the map I felt a tap on my arm.
I turned around to see a short brunette. She had long hair, pretty eyes, and a smile that can light up someone's day.
"Are you lost, hun?" She politely asked with her British accent.
I flushed and said,"Just a bit do you know where this dorm is?"
"Yeah, you won't believe it but we are room mates!" She was grinning from ear to ear.
"Great, I'm sorry I didn't introduce myself I'm Andy."
"Lily!" She said giving me a kiss on both cheeks.
Lily turned out to be very sweet, she helped me with my luggage.
We reached the dorm, I stayed to unpack while Lily left to go run some errands.
I finally finished unpacking and decided to facetime Teddy.
"Andy my love!" Teddy cheerfully said.
"My Teddy I miss you so much!" I pouted.
"Andy don't pout it breaks my heart." He sighed.
"It breaks my heart you not being able to be with me," I said
"I know, but California is beautiful, how's London?"
"The environment or the guys?" I said giving him a mischievous smile.
"Andy, how I miss you. So I can sort of see your decorations of your dorm I see my face there!" I had posted a bunch of pictures of me, Ted, and Luis.
"Yeah look!" I showed him the dorm.
"Nicely decorated!" He said.
"I know, I like it. My roommate is perky but cool. I fell in love with her British Accent it's perfect!" I said.
I could hear Teddy's laugh, and just that noise made me grin.
"Love, I got to go I have this thing at the auditorium." We said our goodbyes and hung up.
Lily got back and told me that we were invited to a frat party.
I for starters was not in the mood for a "party", two I did not bring dresses, and three I was broke as in no money. I was not getting my financial aid money until a week from now.
"Andy, come on we have to go!" Lily kept yanking my arm as in telling me to get up.
"Lily I have no dresses, no energy, and no money," I exclaimed.
"We can fix that in one, two, three........ Okay maybe not one, two, three, but you can borrow one of my dresses so I just knocked off two birds with one shot, and well energy with all those good looking frat guys trust me babe, energy is the thing you will definitely have." She said sending a wink my direction.
"But Lily-----"
"No, buts, let's start choosing your outfit."
It took us exactly 1 hour and 29 minutes to get me dressed up and all ready.
