"Dude maybe you should try to be nice." Edwin said and I gave him a weird look.
"Why would I do that?!" I asked and he shook his head.
"Maybe because you're dating!" He exclaimed and I rolled my eyes.
"I don't want to." I said and he groaned.
"She's really nice dude just give her a chance. Plus she's beautiful, what more could you ask for? She's super chill okay just give her a chance. You should at least be decent if you don't want to create beef with her friends." Zion said to me and I just looked at him.
"Stop knocking some sense into me!" I said and Zion grinned.
"I knew we could do it!" He high fived Edwin and I groaned at them and rubbed my face with my hands.
Kiley's POV
I had decided I was going to make Nick like me and at least be friends with me. I could NOT do this if we were going to hate each other.
I also had decided to move on from hating him because I needed to be a positive and clear my mind.
So I was currently snap chatting him and asking if he wanted to go get coffee.
Nick replied and I frowned.
Nick Mara: what no
Me: please
Nick Mara: i don't want to
Me: dude we're dating
Nick Mara: don't remind me
Nick Mara: i'll come pick you up in 10 don't make me wait or i will leave without you
I smiled and hurried to go change into a white tank top and some mom jeans with a Gucci belt my mom had gifted me.

I speed-braided my hair into one french braid that went down my back and pulled on some sandals.
Just as I was grabbing my purse I heard a horn honk outside my house.
I ran out of the house and locked the door behind me before sprinting down to Nick's car, truly scared he would leave me if I didn't hurry.
"Hey." I greeted him with a small smile.
"Why did you ask me to get coffee?" Nick said immediately without even greeting me.
"Um because I wanted to?" I said and chuckled.
"If this is you trying to be friends with me, it isn't working." He said coldly and I sighed.
"Okay." I simply answered.
"Hope you don't mind Chris Brown." Nick said and turned the volume of the radio up. I immediately recognized the tune as She Ain't You.
"I love this song." I said and started to sing along. But I was completely tone deaf so I decided to try and make Nick laugh.
