Turmoil between Soul and Soulmate

CHAPTER 9

"Maya are you still angry on me for that day", Jayson asked sweetly,

It has been a week since Jayson shouted at Maya, She kind of started avoiding him from that day. Maya couldn't face him for some reason, may be the anger that she couldn't express herself,

"No Jayson, Why are you asking me again and again ??", shouted Maya,

Jayson paused and said nothing, "if you are avoiding me fine! avoid me, how much do you think i must come behind you, you act stupid and you expect me to say sorry", he continued shouting,

"I had my reasons for shouting at you, but you don't have any reason to overreact and be stupid, if you can't understand me even this much, how can we be together all our life", he said all this in full swing and stopped to breathe,

"As if you understand me ", Maya muttered in her breath,

"What do you want me to understand more about you, i have already understood that you are stupid what else", he shouted again,

"Yeah i am stupid that's why i fell for you, that's why i loved you dearly, that's why i called you that day to propose you, You are right i am stupid", She said all that even thinking what she was blabbering,

When she understood the effect of all those words, she just ran towards her home crying.

Jayson stood still smiling there even after few minutes,

He always wanted this, but he didn't want problem between their friendship,

He didn't know what to do now,

He thought i should go to Maya,

Next moment he was in Maya's room,

"Don't you lock the door", he asked her smiling at her,

She said, "but i thought granny is at home",

He said," no one is at home and here you are crying sitting inside your room",

"I will go latch it and come", she said and started walking towards the door,

Jayson pulled her hand and said, "I did that already",

"So what was all that you said before sometime", he continued still holding her hand,

"What i didn't say anything!!", she chuckled,

"No you did and I want to hear it again", he said coming closer to her,

She was still acting innocent, "What....." she stretched,

He came close to her,

She closed her eyes,

He wept her tears and kissed her forehead,

She smiled, 

She softly said, " I Love you!!", opening her eyes,

"What love ??" he chuckled this time, Now its his turn to irritate her,

She said, " That love",

"Which love?", He asked, "Yeah you love me since i am your friend i got it", he continued,

"No! NO!!" she shouted impatiently,

"Then what ??", he laughed this time,

Maya understood that Jayson is playing with her and shouted, " Nothing",

"I too love you a lot", Jayson said and wrapped her tight in his arms,

"Which love is this now ??" , Maya asked,

and they both laughed together,

We never knew that a little word called "Love" can change life so much, but it happened to Maya and Jayson. 

Maya started feeling more beautiful, she stopped living in real world and she was more and more into dreams,

While here Jayson started becoming more and more responsible after all, he had to keep Maya well that's what he thought.

While Maya could be into her fantasy world with Jayson, He would be in reality world struggling to prepare for his entrance in college,

He thought Maya should start concentrating more on studies now, and I should talk to her about it,

She thought now that we are together, I should start spending more time with Jayson, I should talk to him regarding this she was feeling.

I know this chapter is short but this is a bonus for not updating so long.  Actually when i started writing this chapter i didn't know how to make them propose, I wanted it to be special but then i thought why don't i write as if it happened to them in real life and this is it.

Love need not be poetic and sweet always so i chose the real side, Guess so much influenced by Jayson. :)
