With all the events that happened yesterday, I almost forgot about my purse. Luckily, David had brought it and I found it on the knob of my door. My phone is still in there, I don't know how I forgot about it. If they've found my phone and saw that I had been inside the room, I don't know what they were going to do.

Karma had asked me more than a million question ever since I got in my dorm, I kept igonring them, telling her that I slept over at Zed's place because I was tired. I know she doesn't believe me but I can't tell her what happened before I decide what I want to do.

"Can you just tell me what happened? I just want to know." She said desperately.

"I will tell you," I sighed. "But not now please."

"Why?"

"I'm going to go back home until weekend, I will tell you everything when I get back. I already called my mom, she will come pick me up at seven."

"Don't you have classes?" She asked.

"I do, I can study them alone. I just need sometime to figure everything out." I said sitting on my bed after changing into my pyjamas.

"Okay," She said not knowing what else to say I guess.

"I will try to sleep, wake me up at five please. I still have to pack my books and stuff." I said, she just nodded and I laid down trying to have some sleep.

"Catherine, Catherine," I heard a distant voice annoying me in my sleep.

"Come on, wake up."

"Five more minutes." I tried.

"Catherine, it's already six."

"What?" I panicked as I sit up. "Why didn't you wake me up earlier?" I asked as I blinked trying to adjust to the light.

"Sorry, I didn't look at the time." She smiled sheepishly.

"Every time I ask you to wake me up you say the same thing." I shook my head.

"Sorry," she said sticking her tongue at me.

I got up and started to pack all my books, I have a lot of studying to do when I go home.

"Okay, I will be out in a second." I told my mom before hanging up.

"She's outside?" Karma asked.
"Yes, I will see you next Monday." I said smiling.

"Happy early birthday, you know I would text you but it would be a little awkward if a ghost texted you." She shrugged.

"Yeah, it would." I laughed.

"I will miss you Catherine. You know, I will be really bored without you."

"You've my laptop to keep you entertained. I will miss you too though." I said before opening my door.

"Hey Catherine," she said and I turned around to look at her.

"You will come back, right?" She gave me a hopeful look.

"Yes, of course I will. Only because I have some bomb outfits in here though." I joked even though her tone made my heart clench a little.
"I thought so too," she laughed.

I closed the door and made my way outside, my mom's car is parked in the same spot I had been sitting with David in just this morning. I still have this weird feeling every time I remember our conversation.

"Hey there college girl," she said giving me a kiss on my cheek as I get in the car.

"Hello." I smiled at her.
