"I thought you told Hailey you have nothing to do with them anymore?" Karma asked trying not to laugh as I zipped my jacket.

"Shut up," I rolled my eyes. "I don't want any problems with her."

"What if she asks you to do something else for them?"

"Let's just pray she won't." I huffed.

"Zed is outside, I have to go." I said wearing my black vans and going to the door.

"Bye," I said before locking it and going outside.

I smiled at Zed as I got in the car and put on the seatbelt.

"Zed, do you think maybe you can try and get closer to Hailey?" I asked when we were almost there.

"What do you mean?" He turned to me.

"Like, ask her if she was a part of what happened to me, if she knew Dana for a long time, like try and act like you want to know if she is a good person or not." I tried to explain.

"Why?"

"I just thought maybe if you got closer to her she would tell you what happened or at least anything that would help us." I shrugged.

"Really?" He turned to me with widened eyes.

"What?"

"Didn't I say this before and you freaked out on me?"

"I don't know, just do it." I looked out of the window, it was Karma's idea anyways.

"Whatever, what's up with you and David?" He asked.

"What are you talking about?"
"Why isn't he trying to force his way into our plan anymore? Did you fight or something?"

"No, why would we? We're just waiting until the party." I said uncomfortably.

"Catherine, did something happen last Sunday?" He turned to me with a concerned look.

"No, I told you nothing happened." I chuckled not looking at him.

He didn't say anything about it as we pulled up at the frat house.

"Let's go." He said before we made our way once again to where they usually sit.

"Zed," Hailey smiled at us.

"Hey," I smiled sitting down next to her.

"Hey, Dana will be here in about half an hour." I just nodded looking around.

"Where's Liza and Austin?" I couldn't stop myself from asking.

"They're here somewhere." She shrugged.

"I'll go get some water." I stood up, they nodded at me before I left.

When I went in the kitchen I just stood there not knowing what to do, I didn't even want to drink, I just wanted to leave Zed and Hailey alone.

"I thought you were going to study?" Logan asked appearing out of nowhere.

"I did study," I shrugged hugging him.

"Are you here alone?" He asked grabbing a beer from behind me.

"No, zed is here too."

"Oh really?"

"Yeah," I nodded.

"Since you're here." He started looking at me carefully. "I wanted to ask you something."

"What?" I shook my head.

"You know that girl we were sitting with the other day?" He started rubbing his neck.
