The house was quiet.

Too quiet.

What were those two up to?

I quietly opened the door to my room and walked down the stairs, making sure to not make a sound. Ella and Amber were nowhere to be seen, and I didn't trust that one bit.

Their phones were still on the table which luckily meant that they hadn't gone to the other's apartment, but something was up. I walked around until I heard talking coming from Ella's room.

"Oh my god that's so embarrassing!" Ella laughed.

"Thank god she got out of that phase." Amber laughed along with her. What were they talking about? I opened the door to the room and walked up behind them.

"What're we looking at?" I asked, and they practically jumped three feet in the air. The screen was showing old vines of mine, or should I say Anna's.

"Guys! I told you never to look at those!" I yelled, my face turning a furious shade of red.

"If you didn't want us watching them why didn't you delete them?" Amber teased, knowing that I couldn't since I was supposedly "dead".

"Shut up! I'm going to kill you two!" I yelled, and they both went running out of the room and down the hallway. We were making a ton of noise, and shockingly enough no one had complained.

"Oh my god guys I don't even feel like running anymore!" I yelled after them, but they kept running.

"Sucks!"

They opened the door to the house and left, so I ran after them. I turned around to see if the door was closed just as I slammed into a body.

"Wow, falling for me so soon?" The familiar voice asked as I tried to get up off of the ground.

"Uh- I, um." I stuttered, not being able to think of something to say just as I fell back down again.

"You're a fan?" Nash smirked, and I shook my head. He didn't recognize me, thank god.

"I, uh, bye." I stuttered, before running back into my apartment.

What had I been thinking?

How I could I possibly avoid them while they were my neighbors.

Hiding my identity was going to be harder than ever, but they were dense kids. Just then Ella and Amber came back.

"What happened?" They asked.

"Nash."

"Lacey, you're going to have to talk to them. They'll be even more suspicious if you don't talk to them at all!" Ella said, and I sighed.

"Fine."

"Now let's go meet our neighbors!" Ella said.

She opened the door to reveal Cameron and Nash standing there, about to knock on the door themselves.
