"Where were you, babe?" Matt asked, immediately wrapping me in his embrace.

"Just out with Nash." I smiled, but a frown grew on his face.

"Nash? The same guy who hated you only a few hours ago and wanted to hit you?"

He went from loving and fun to serious and protective in a matter of seconds... I wasn't used to this side of Matt.

"Don't worry, it was fine. He didn't do anything," I smiled, "We actually decided to try being friends again."

I wanted desperately for the conversation to end there, so that he wouldn't worry. And so that my many doubts wouldn't arise again

"I don't believe his intentions are what he says they are." Matt said, remaining serious.

"Come on, give him a chance."

"How badly do you want to be his friend again?"

"So so much, Matt."

"Well then I guess I'll have to support you with this. Even though I don't trust him." Matt said, pulling me into his arms.

"Thank you."

"But if he does anything, you come straight to me. You understand? You're the love of my life, I couldn't stand seeing anyone break you." He said sternly, staring me in the eyes.

"I love you." I said, not realizing it. His serious face suddenly turned into a goofy grin as he kissed me.

"I love you too, Anna."

"Aww, how cute," Jack walked in, with a sarcastic look on his face and clapping, "I love to see you guys like this but we have a photo shoot to get to."

Oh how I hated the fact that he was a jealous single.

"Photo shoot??" I asked. No one told me about any photo shoot.

"Bryant called two hours ago and asked us to come over today." Matt told me.

"Now?"

"Yeah, but don't worry they'll do your makeup there. Even though, you looked perfect anyway." He said, causing me to blush violently as we walked out the door.
