Unexpected love

The Dream

Edward's POV

"Any special request?" I asked while settling the guitar.

"Can you please sing, 'Photograph by Ed sheeran'," pleaded Hermione.

I started singing while Bella leaned closer to me. But my eyes were fixed on Hermione who had her eyes closed and rested her head on Cedric's chest. While Cedric was glaring at me but when Hermione placed her head on his shoulder. He smirked at me and put his arm on her shoulder and pulled her closer and rested his own head on Hermione's. But before closing his own eyes he winked at me. A pang of jealousy hit me . I actually should be the one in Diggory's place right now.  Should be the reason for her smile, her laughter. I should be the one holding her right now.

I had enough. Now I can't bear them this close. If I stay here any longer I may beat living daylight out of Cedric and claim Hermione here right now.

"Come on its getting late, let's go back," Bella said.

"Yeah we should because Hermione is already asleep," Cedric said looking down at My angel's sleeping figure.

We all stood up and Bella immediately wrapped her hands around my arm. And Cedric carried Hermione back to his car.
All the way back to Swan's residence Bella bragged about her Wedding dress. She is becoming a little more hard to bear day by day. We finally reached at our destination, I was finally free from Bella's annoying company. 
Cedric carried Hermione back to her room and left.

"Bella I should go now," I said Hugging her.

"I thought you would be staying tonight?" She said while hugging back. I quickly pulled away from her. I no longer like when she hugs or kisses me like I once did.

"No I have some work to do," I said while rubbing the back of my neck.

"Bye then." Before I could leave she kissed me on the cheek.

Later at midnight I came back to Swan's resident ,to see my my angle. I went up to her room window and fortunately it was open again. I quietly slipped inside and locked the window and drew the curtain.

Hermione was sleeping peacefully. I went up to her bed and layed on her left side . I once again used my powers to push her in deeper sleep.

I examined Hermione beautiful features. Her beautiful lips were pulling me towards them. I lost control and smashed my lips on Hermione's soft and warm ones. To my surprise Hermione kissed me back although she was still asleep.
I was surprised,  happy and confused but still at least she kissed me back. I pulled away when she stirred a little.

She was smiling but was still asleep. I was curious now. So I decided to take a look at her dream and what made her smile. I used my mind reading ability on her unlike other times I was able to read her mind this time. At first everything was blurry but slowly and gradually my view became clear.

I saw her standing whereas Cedric was on his knees in front of her he was also holding out a small ring box to her.

"Hermione what I have with you I don't want with anyone else.
I love my eyes when you look into them,
I love my name when you say it,
I love my heart when you touch it.
I love my life when you are in it.
What I am trying to ask will you be mind forever and for always. Will you marry me?" He asked looking deeply into her eyes.

Tears came into Hermione's eyes and she happily answered "Yes Cedric I will be yours forever and for always." He placed he ring on her her ring finger and twirled her around and they shared a passionate kiss.

I wished to see no more and escaped her dreams. So now I realize why she kissed me back , because she was thinking me as Cedric Bloody Diggory. I cannot let this dream come true, because I know that Dreams are related to reality in some way or the other.

I kissed her passionately but this time a little more roughly. After pulling away I layed next to her and wrapped my arms around Hermione's waist pulling her closer. I watched  her sleep all night.
I was happy to have her in my arms where she truly belonged.
But I need to find a way to stop my wedding so I can make Hermione mine. Soon.
