Date at the Carnival

I told Hayes we could talk about the fan later and that I just wanted to go take a nap before we went to the Carnival with Matt and Vic.

Vic was in the hotel room. "Hey Zoe!" she yelped

"Hey! So I think I'm going to tell Hayes I like him at the carnival."

"Dude you totally should! And if he is rude to you I'll kick his ass."

"good to know you got my back Vic." I giggled. We ended up talked about all the crazy things that have happened to us and getting ready.

I crimped my hair and slipped on a white lacy dress that just passed my knees with little straps over my shoulders and put on black vans.

Vic wore a blue sleeveless short dress with a small grey jacket and white sandals.

There was a knock at the door and Matt was at the door with a wide smile.

"Victoria you are stunning!" He beamed and locked arms with Victoria as they went to the car.

I walked into the hallway was Hayes was comming out of his room. He was wearing tan skinny jeans with a dark blue t shirt and a varsity football jacket over it with a his last name and a 7 on the back.

He smiled when he saw me and when he started to walk towards me almost tripped over his own feet. We both laughed and went into the car with the others.

When we arrived we rode all of the biggest roller coasters they had! Victoria clutched onto Matts arm the whole time. I grabbed Hayes's hand and lifted my other arm in the air as I screamed with joy.

We played games and Matt got Vic a big stuffed bear and asked her to be his girlfriend. Of coarse she said yes and they started making out.

Hayes and I got on the Ferris wheel. I looked at him and smiled.

"What?" he asked "cold?" he put his football jacket around my shoulders.

"Thanks. um this is for you." I handed him the shell I had put on a black leather rope for a necklace.

He smiled at me and put it on. It hung around his neck just barely past his collar bone.

"So best friend? Will you not be just friends with me?" I think this was his shy way of asking me to be his girlfriend so I said yes! He looked at me and I got butterflies he leaned in and grabbed me by the chin pulling me closer.

Our lips touched sweetly. I could feel his hand under my hair on the back of my neck. My body tingled as if I had never touched him before out of excitement.

We slowly departed and I leaned my head on his shoulder. Just then my phone went off. Vic had sent me a text saying "I knew it" with a picture of Hayes and I kissing at the top of the Ferris wheel.

This was going to be my new screensaver forever.
