In all his entire life, Hyunjin never would have thought his life-long job would be to become an agent for the FBI. If someone from the future were to tell 10-year-old Hyunjin he was going to become an incredible FBI agent when he's older, the boy would have laughed his ass off and probably break some object in the process. But of course, fate takes its own path and lead the innocent boy down the trail of endless mystery and extremely high expectations.

Sadly, when the government hired Hyunjin, they didn't know just how bad he was at being a field agent.

......................................................................................................................................

It was around midnight when Hyunjin arrived back to the discretely hidden headquarters with a few other field agents, also assigned to the same mission. Unsurprisingly, the mission went terribly with Hyunjin on board.

Hyunjin exited his way out of the cramped van while avoiding the let down stares of the people surrounding him. He had to admit, he felt like absolute crap by ruining the most perfect and thought-out plan that would have potentially saved Mrs. Kim without the unnecessary occurrences that he caused. Mrs. Kim had such a close call with a bullet being shot just millimetres from her head, and that happened all at the fault of him.

Hyunjin walked up the few stairs leading up to the rather grand reception area. The building in which he worked was around the size of a small office building with only a few floors and was located on the outskirts of Seoul, providing an excellent cover for their company.

While thinking deeply of his mistakes, Hyunjin kept walking with his head hung down to the receptionist so he could casually check-in and hopefully head home sooner or later; without being punished.

The receptionist, a serious guy by the name of Jihun, waved him off since Hyunjin had already signed-in to the system earlier that day; before he ruined everything. He slowly continued making his path towards the twin elevator doors, stalling his time as long as he could manage. He wasn't ready to be yelled at just yet.

A small 'Ding!' signalled the opening of the doors. As soon as Hyunjin gazed up, his eyes drifted alongside the blonde boy already situated inside, avoiding any possible eye-contact. Hyunjin quickly pressed onto the button for the fifth floor, which was simply represented by a big '5'.

The two boys stood awkwardly on opposing sides in the average-sized elevator, while the doors shut as if they were locking the boys from the world outside, with little-to-no-air to breathe. It was suffocating.

"Hey... I'm guessing you don't really want to talk about what happened today, but don't bring yourself down over it. Mistakes are always bound to happen," the boy's deep voice rumbled calmly as to not scare away Hyunjin. He seemed like he needed some comfort after all the shit he's been through today.

Hyunjin scoffed.

"Yeah, except I am the mistake Felix; I always have been the mistake. I just never seem to get anything right," he sighed, "god knows why they chose me for this job. I'm so useless to this institution".

Felix just sighed too, not knowing how to comfort his poor friend in such a short time.

As soon as those last words exited the dark-haired boy's mouth, the doors reopened on what seemed to be the third floor; obviously spoken through the elevator's speakers that were just playing slow jazz music.

"Talk to me later if you want to; remember I'll always listen to what you need to let out," Felix spoke as he let out a huge smile in order to let the other boy know he was telling the truth. But, Hyunjin already knew he wouldn't be lying. Felix was the type of person to walk into a door and then say sorry to that door.
