Chapter 2

Sanyukta cried silently wetting her pillow. She don't know what's bothering Randhir which turned him so rude now a days. She felt something weird between them. Randhir was not like this, he was the best lover and husband too. When their family wasn't ready to accept their relation they decided to leave them and started a new family with each other. In their 5 years long married life Randhir full filled her every single wish. He treated her just like a queen and she also made him feel as a king in her life. Then what happened suddenly, where was the magic gone from their relation! Sanyukta thought then looked at his sleepy face.

"I love you." She kissed on her forehead and murmured near his ear and get up from the bed.

She went to the balcony and caressed her plants. There are so many rose plants with whom she talking now a days as Randhir has no time for her. She looked at them blankly when she felt something soft at her feet, she look down and saw whisky there. Whisky is her pet dog which Randhir gifted her a year ago, it's a golden retriever so Randhir gave her the name whisky.

"Hey baby come here, dady is sleeping na, so don't disturb him, we will playing together." She take her on own lap and caressed her lovingly.

Next morning Randhir got up, he looked at the time and dashed inside the washroom. He came out after taking bath and saw all his necessaries things kept on the bed like his formals, tie, socks, hanky, wallet etc. He knew it's Sanyukta who kept his thing on it's place everyday. He get ready quickly and came down. There Sanyukta was waiting for him at breakfast table.

"Good morning." She greeted him with a smile when he avoided her totally and sat down.

If he looked at her once could saw her dark circles and puffy eyes which the reason of her sleepless night and crying continuously. She forced a smile and started serving him, just then whisky came there.

"Come to me baby." Sanyukta took her on her lap.

"Randhir don't you want to wish the birthday girl?" Sanyukta asked thus Randhir looked at her confusingly.

"Who's birthday?" He was shocked.

"Aare today is our baby's first birthday, how can you forget that!" She asked surprisingly when he kept mum.

"Today whisky get one year old, how fast time rolled down." She said caressing her lovingly.

"Randhir please come soon na tonight, we celebrate our daughter's birthday together." She said hopefully.

"Okay I'll try." He said and get up. She expect a kiss on her forehead which never came and he left with out saying a bye to her.

Randhir came to his office, he was working on his laptop when Ishika entered. Randhir smiled to saw his newly found love interest.

"Hey baby." He pulled her on his lap.

"Randhir behave, we are in office." She eyed him.

"I don't care." He said and started kissing her passionately when she also responded. Just then the intercom rang thus they apart. He take the call.

"Yes I'm coming." He said and get up.

"Boss?" She asked thus he nodded.

"Anything serious?" She raised her brows.

"God knows." He shrugged his shoulder and left.

"Randhir you have to impress the clients, understand!" His boss chipped straight.

"Sir I was dealing with international clients and you are bothering for these local clients?" Randhir asked surprisingly.

"Don't take them lightly Randhir, they are a good catch but really tough." His boss got tensed.

"Don't worry sir, I'll handle them, please relax." He replied coolly.

"Randhir you know na your promotion will be depend on this project only!" His boss said sternly.

"I know that, get ready my promotion letter sir, I'll crack the deal definitely." He shrugged his shoulder and came out of the cabin.

He is about to go his cabin when his gaze fall on Ishika who is taking with Sameer. Sameer Mittal who is also a deserving candidate for this promotion, Randhir knew that but that doesn't matter for him as he is know he get the promotion only. But the thing which irked him most is his proximity with Ishika. Sameer was trying to hold her hand when Randhir pulled her.

"Hey Sameer all okay?" He asked holding Ishika possessively. Sameer saw that and forced a smile.

"Yeah sure."

"So ready to lose?" Randhir smirked.

"You don't get the promotion till now Randhir." Sameer said coldly.

"So as you but the difference is I'll get it not you." Randhir smirked devilishly.

"We will see." Sameer gritted his teeth and left.

"What you are doing with him?" Randhir asked angrily as they came to his cabin.

"He just came to talk with me baby, why you are overreacting?" Ishika said caressing his hairs.

"I don't like the way he roamed around you." Randhir said while kissing her."

"Baby after getting the promotion you will move to USA na?" She asked between the kiss.

"We, we baby. We go to the USA together." He said breaking the kiss.

"Then Sanyukta?" She asked confusingly.

"I'll get her divorce." He said determinedly thus she smiled.

"I love you baby." She pulled him for a toe curling kiss.

Sanyukta was standing at the balcony again, she was waiting for Randhir but there was no sign of him. Whisky came and started smelling her feet.

"Dady will be coming soon baby then we cut the cake, just few more minutes." She said and kissed her.

The clock is running but there was no sign of Randhir, she is waiting for him impatiently. Soon the clock stuck 12 A.M and a drop of tear rolled down from her eyes.

"Dada not came, he is very bad, I'll scolded him baby, don't worry." She cried hugging her pet which she loved just like her daughter.
