Um...so a couple of people have DMed me and have asked if it's okay to use words like "fag" or "queer" or "tranny" to describe themselves.

Well, I don't know, personally, I wouldn't use a word like "tranny" to describe myself because...that's offensive to me. I also wouldn't use the word "fag" either.

And I'm confused as to why people like to describe themselves as such an offensive sorta stereotypical word. I mean, I'm glad that the community is taking the words, and making them their own, but I...would never use the words to describe myself.

Plus, "Queer" is a word that actually means "weird", I don't mind that word. But "fag"...no. "Tranny"? No.

But you know, people can do what they want, I guess.
