There was a faint knock on his door before his assistant's head popped up saying that he has a visitor, which made Taehyung instantly nervous. A female figure with a mask over her face walked in and greeted him with a slight bow before he gestured her to take a seat on the sofa.

"So mr. Kim I'm guessing that you will lead the interview?"

"Yes, but if you want someone else I can organize it."

"No-no, that's not what I meant. I heard you also design clothes so if you don't mind to show me some of your works after the interview?" His face instantly flushed a light pink at the unexpected request but he nodded enthusiastically. They started the interview and everything seemed to be smooth so Y/N decided to reveal her secret.

"Since you are a fellow designer I think I can show you my face without ending on the front page of your magazine, right?"

"Of course, I respect you way too much to do that."

"But I need you to promise me to keep it a secret from everyone, especially your best friend."

"Sure, but what does it have to do anything with-" I finally took off my mask and his eyes slowly widened as he realized who was sitting in front of him. "Jeon Y/N?!"

"It's Nana, but yes Tae oppa, it's me." I gave him a cheeky smile as he still tried to process what was going on.

"So that means that the cover up story that Jimin told the press wasn't actually a cover up? It was you the whole time?!"

"Took you long to notice, but I never knew you would also take this path in the business world."

"B-but when? How?"

"When I finished college in the states I got an internship at one of the companies where I learned it all, and I guess my hard work did pay off. As you can see I managed to create the company without the help of my family or my name, all on my own with hard work, just like you did."

"And the rumors? Are you really married to an other man?"

"I guess you'll find it out at the wedding, but I can tell you this much, you can't be married to two men at the same time."

"Did you talk to him?"

"No, and I don't plan to unless I really have to. I'm just back for oppa's wedding and after that I'll go back home, so why ruining my mood before the wedding."

"Wow, you know, I almost made him wear one of your designs to the wedding."

"You what?!"

"We were shopping yesterday and I was thinking about the flowery tux for him, but luckily we didn't buy it because that would be awkward."

"Just get him a jacket from H&M and he'll be okay with it."

"I know, but since it's for the press I was thinking about matching his clothes with yours so it would be weird that you wear Dior while his is a cheap H&M, no?"

"Yeah, we need to look like we put a lot of effort into matching our things, but it won't be that easy for you to find something adequate in the last minute."

"I know, but he's been working 24/7 and I hardly got him to go out shopping with me yesterday too, so I hope we'll find something tomorrow. Anyways do you have a picture of your dress so that I know what to look for?"

"Sure, here, but I think you should look on the internet first before wandering off in the city, and I know a great site." In the end our interview ended with us looking for a suit for my so called husband to wear, in which we were successful, but the time was short and I didn't get to check out the designs Tae made.

Jimin and Seulgi were laughing at me when I told them about how the interview went and they didn't even find it weird that I was basically looking for clothes for him. They only said that that's to expect when two people who are fashion obsessed or at least have the fingers for that, would meet a guy who'd live his whole life in his Timberlands, white t-shirts and baggy trousers. That was true for when he was younger, but he changed since then a lot, and oppa told me that nowadays he only wears suits or black jeans and shirts when he's 'hanging out' with the others, which apparently was rare.

I don't know why but talking about him was not a problem for me anymore, he was like someone whom I used to know, but I was still afraid of meeting him directly, because I feel like my heart still hasn't given up.

Jungkook was standing before the mirror looking at his reflection and was silently thanking the gods that Taehyung didn't choose a tux with flowers on it. He admitted to himself that it was the most color he wore since who knows when but he felt comfortable in it, despite the gold glow that it had. Tae combined the jacket with black tight pants and a white shirt (the picture is at the top of the page) which was looking good, not that he expected anything else.

"Hyung I must say that you outdid yourself, and all that in a day, I don't know how you found it but it's much better than that flowery thing. If it was me I would have just bought a jacket at H&M or somewhere similar."

"That's exactly what she said too."

"Who?"

"Your wife."

"W-what? When?"

"I wanted to give her a call to ask for a picture of her dress so that I would know what to look for, but as lucky as I am we happened to meet on the streets. So basically you shouldn't thank me because it was not my choice but hers, since she knew what a hopeless case you are."

"How is she?"

"She looked fine to me, her business is going good so she could come back for this much, and she seemed happy, she even made fun of me." Tae was sulking a bit which made Jungkook chuckle at his hyung.

"I always knew that out of the two of us she would be the first who'd get her life straight first, she was always full of ambitions and dreams. Do you know where she's working at?"

"She just told me that she has her own company, she built it on her own and is very proud of it. After meeting her I feel like a failure since I'm older than her yet she already has a world famous business."

"She's truly the strongest woman I've ever met." He turned around to face the mirror and couldn't stop thinking about her, a warm feeling coating his heart by the thought of her taking care of him even after all that happened, even if it was probably only for the public or her own reputation.

That's when Jungkook finally decided to get his shits together and do something to make his past mistakes right, to do whatever is in his might to get her back even if only as a friend because he needed her in his life.
